Comfort Is on Every Side of You; Therefore, Seize the Psaltery of Praise and Sing with the Harp of Thanksgiving

To accomplish spiritual things, you only need me, and without me you can do nothing. Do not buy the lie that the future depends on the past. I settle all things. I am not marooned on the island of the past. I AM. I was there before the beginning, and I will be there after the ending; therefore, do not search the archives of the past to attempt to determine what I will do in the present or in the future. My ways are past finding out. Do not peer into the crystal balls of the false prophets who are highly esteemed because they speak some things that come to pass, but continue to listen to my voice, for you are my sheep, and you know me. The false prophets shall deceive many. Nothing shall stop their deceptive voices; however, I have shortened the days so that my elect will not be deceived.

I am the one that spread out the heavens, and I do great things past finding out. The wonders that I do are without number. The past does not control me; therefore, do not look to past records to attempt to determine my direction. Continue to follow my Spirit and listen to my voice, for my sheep do not find their direction in the hearts of the false prophets. They are strangers to you; therefore, do not listen to them, for they are listening to the voice of error.

Look unto me. I am the author and the finisher of your faith. Do not come to this time in your life and be debased to an observer of history to attempt to find out my ways. Who can understand my ways?

I have taught you this far. You have declared my wondrous works. Will you come to this point in your life and start to believe that I have forsaken you?

I began a good work in you; therefore, I will finish in a good work. You do not belong to yourself. You are mine. Do you think that you would have faired this well if you had belonged to another?

My righteousness has always prevailed. Will it cease to prevail?

As long as you walk by faith, righteousness is imputed unto you; therefore, your effectual, fervent prayers avail much. I have done great things in your life. You have not perceived them correctly. You have allowed hurts, rejections, and other voices to speak to you and give you wrong perceptions of what is happening in your life. Hurts are not negatives. Rejections are not harmful. Alienation should not depress you. Lies should not cause you to be cynical. If you distrust everyone because of the bad things that happen to you, are you walking by faith or by feelings?

I have quickened you again and brought you up again from the depths of great trouble. I have great plans for you; therefore, comfort is on every side of you. Seize the psaltery of praise and sing with the harp of thanksgiving. I am the Holy One of Israel, and I am the Holy One of the church. Let your lips rejoice and sing unto me. Let your soul bless me, for you are redeemed. I wait on your tongue to talk of my righteousness all the day long. I have confounded your enemies. They are brought to shame that sought your defeat. Pray for them and do not be bitter against them. Bless the Lord, your God, for I am doing wondrous things. My name is glorious forever. The whole earth is filled with my glory.

Our past is not the factory for the future or the present. Many times, we allow the past to be the immense closet of emotional fears where we place all our empty boxes. As long as we hold onto the empty containers of the past, God cannot place in our hands the massive portions of provision for today and tomorrow. Many times, even the law of reaping and sowing is cast in a negative manner in our lives by those who do not understand grace. Yet, in grace, Jesus can reap where he did not sow. It is a well known fact that if we have the weeds of failure or mistakes that are planted in the lawn of our life that if we will water the grass and fertilize it, we will kill every weed by choking it out. We need to choke out every planting of the enemy and fear by watering the grace of God in our lives with praise and fertilizing it with thanksgiving. Hosea 10:12 tells us to sow in righteousness and reap in mercy. If we sow gladness and joy IN THE MIDST OF TEARS (Proper Hebrew Translation) we will reap in joy. A harvest of blessing is waiting for those who will not regard the clouds of pain and rejection and will send up the sacrifice of praise as incense, and God will send down a tremendous rain of blessing!

They did not realize that I was justifying them and clearing them of all the charges that they would face then and forever. Do not hide in the shadows of ignorance. Come to the light of my slaughter where precious blood was paid for you. I knew the subtle devices against man. Man was dead in trespasses and sins and cut off from the tree of life. I came and was cut off from the land of the living so that man could become a new creature and a new generation with a new name to be remembered forever. My accusers could not do away with me, and they cannot do away with my people. The power of the resurrection is within them. Go and revive them with the word of the Lord. The power of the resurrection is not effective in them because they have been silenced by loud voices of condemnation in their ears. Go and sound the loud voice of love and grace in their ears. Go and prophesy to them, and they will hear again. Go and prophesy to them, and they shall speak confidence instead of fear.

RE: RHEMA - The Ax at the Root of the Tree and the Wind of God Purging His Church

Many today will use the church for a purpose other than for their salvation. In the parable of the kingdom of the seed sower, there were three types of ground that never came to fruition; however, the good soil is bringing forth as much as one hundredfold and makes up for that which does not bring forth fruit. I used to worry extensively about those who would go out or be lost in their own selfish pursuit. The Lord reminded me that in the universe every day immense galaxies are destroyed and created and that he was not having a breakdown over it because the energy that appeared to be lost in one place was coming forth in a more powerful creation in another sector. In his infinite wisdom, he knows what needs to grow and what needs to be rooted out, and he will do that, that much fruit will be brought forth by the growing plantings.

187. Why have you excused yourself from loving those who hate you?

You have paid your tithes and given many offerings and alms, but you have passed over judgment and the love of God. You should have paid your tithes and given offerings and alms, and not left the other undone. People will continue to pass you by as you proclaim a Jesus, which is not me until you have manifested the true Jesus who will draw all men unto himself. I am the Father working on the inside of you. Allow me to love through you, and I will finish the work that I have begun in you. All who have the true Spirit of Christ have the love of God in them.

Today is the day that you have made, and without you I can do nothing. I am grateful because I know that my future does not depend on the past. My past is not the factory for the present. I rejoice because I no longer have to allow the past to be the closet of my emotional fears where I had placed all my empty boxes. I no longer have to hold onto the empty containers of the past, but now my hands are free to hold the massive portions of provision you are giving me for today and tomorrow. I praise you and am full of thanksgiving, for your grace. I will sow in righteousness, and reap in mercy. Lord, in the midst of my tears, I will sow gladness and I will reap joy. I am so glad to know that your harvest of blessing that is awaiting me; therefore, I will no longer regard the clouds of pain and rejection. I express thanks unto you with the sacrifice of praise as incense, and as I am praising, I gladly receive the tremendous rain of blessings!

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - July 31, 2007

Today is more than today. Enoch walked out of his today into God's forever. A man on the cross beside Jesus walked out of his awful past into the paradise of God's today. John walked out of the Lord's Day into a thousand tomorrows of God's revelation. We often say that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The seas of yesterday and tomorrow flow into the sea of today and all flow into the sea of the mercy of God. David said that surely goodness and mercy would follow him all the days of his life. He was stating in a spiritual emphatic truth that God would make all our yesterdays like bright tomorrows. Our enemy would like for us to live in the haunting tombs of the failures of the past. Jesus Christ has taken all of our yesterdays and removed the blemishes and replaced them with the blessings that we did not see.
