The Lord's Vengeance upon the Enemy's Campaign of Fear and Intimidation
By
Moses Hightower

You are in a mighty conflict with principalities and powers. You have not gone to battle against these enemies without me. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you. I am the same God who brought Israel out of the land of Egypt. Do not let your hearts faint. Do not fear and do not tremble, neither be terrified because of these mighty foes. I am the Lord. I go with you to fight for you against your enemies to save you. The number of your adversaries does not trouble me. Many intimidating foes have arisen against my body. There is help for you in me. I am your shield and your glory. I am the lifter of your head. Though the enemy has intimidated and threatened you with fear, do not be afraid. Do not be afraid of these enemies that have set themselves against you. I have arisen to save you. I will smite them upon the cheek bone. I will break out the teeth of the ungodly. Salvation belongs unto me. Remember: I have placed my blessing upon my people; therefore, do not fear their fear and do not be afraid.
The enemy has sent a campaign of fear and intimidation against you daily. The enemy intends to hamper your testimony by intimidating you. The stares of the spiritual enemies in dreams are terrifying. He has penetrated your dreams and attempted to corrupt the atmosphere of your peace and rest. The intimidating figures and icons of your dreams are real, and so am I. I am sanctified in you. I am the Lord of hosts. Allow me to be your fear. Allow me to be your dread. Do not draw back because of the beasts who come to war against you. Paul fought with the beasts of Ephesus. Do you think that the enemy has sent house cats to fight against you?
The enemy knows that he only has a short time to devour many. Do not become timid and fearful because of his rage. He hopes to restrain the word in you by intimidation. Do not allow his threats sent through dreams to deter you from prophesying and preaching. I am your sanctuary, a stone of stumbling, a rock of offense, and a snare to the foes of the word. Do not allow this bully to bind up your testimony. You will not perish by his hands. He is intimidating many by holding fear over their heads. Do not be browbeaten by this defeated foe. Do not be frightened away from the heritage of souls in your grip. He is attempting to scare you away from the territory that he has claimed for himself. Do not lose courage. I am in you to do a mighty work for you. Trust in me with all your heart and do not lean to your own understanding, neither lean on your own concept of power. The battle is mine. Behold my actions on your behalf and hear the voice of your Deliverer as I say, “The Lord rebuke you, thou intimidator. Get thee hence.”
I have rebuked the adversary. Do not be restrained by voices that declare your losses. Do not be weakened by the sounds of strange figures that hang around to frighten you. I am your hope; therefore, the enemy cannot take your hope away from you. Go and encourage others in the peace that I have granted. Go and assure them that circumstances and demons obey me, the Lord, your God. Do not be afraid but arise and speak. Do not hold your peace, for I am with you. No man shall set on you to defeat you. Arise. I have many people in these cities.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."
Words of Light upon the Face of Adversaries, Confusion, Enemies, Fear, Intimidation, Terror, and Threats

RE: RHEMA - The Lord's Vengeance upon the Enemy's Campaign of Fear and Intimidation
Bold declarations have always been just as powerful a weapon as a spear or an arrow in the Old Testament. I Samuel 17:20 declares that Israel shouted for the battle. David later told Goliath that he would remove his head and feed him and his fellows to the fowls of the air. In Psalms 116:10 and II Corinthians 4:13, we are included in the fact that we have the same spirit of faith, and therefore, we have spoken. God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Praise is more than a reaction. It is a proclamation. Jehoshaphat used it at the direction of the Lord as he sent out praisers before the army. Our praise will turn into deadly ambushes for the enemy. In Exodus 17, in the battle against Amalek, as long as Moses’ hands were raised Israel prevailed, and when he let them down Amalek or the flesh prevailed. An altar was built that was called Jehovah Nissi. Nissi is from the Hebrew word nes that means a miracle. With hands raised, they were proclaiming that a great miracle was happening here today. We need to not take dictation from fear or intimidation and declare the victory that God has promised and already given.

The ministers of the Lord will have their souls satiated with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with goodness. Refrain the voice of weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work shall be rewarded. There is no need for sorrow, for there is hope in your end. My people have looked at their present circumstances and beheld the sorrow and the grief that wrapped them up. Direct them to look to the end of all these things, and behold the beauty of what I am doing. Though I have chastised them, I will turn and have mercy upon them. The way of a transgressor is hard, but the yoke of the Lord is easy. Many are sorrowful because they have transgressed my commandments. Their hour has come to be delivered, and now shall their sorrow be turned unto joy. A woman when she is in travail has sorrow because her hour is come, but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she does not remember the anguish anymore, for joy that a child is born into the world. If the children of God are delivered, then why are so many anguishing?
They have given their joy away, for they have laid their heads on the bosom of other loves, and the enemy has cut off their joy. I have said, "Their hearts shall rejoice, and their joy will no man take from them." Tell them to repent of loving others and other things more than me. Ask for deliverance in my name, and they shall receive it that their joy may be full. Tell them to be of a glad heart. I have overcome the world, the flesh, and the devil. Go and turn the people's heart toward rejoicing in all of their tribulation. Remind them that I am there to comfort them. I will give them beauty for their ashes, the oil of joy for their mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord. I will be glorified in them; therefore, make a joyful path for my glory.

RE: RHEMA - The Garment of Praise Instead of Willows for Garments
We have dressed for the feast of the King as a bride adorned for her husband. We are not getting ready, but we stay ready with the anointing of joy that is the strength of our lives. Our garments are not the garments of anger and hurt but the bright garments of celebration. We put off sorrow and sadness when we turned our entire wardrobe of sin over to heaven's laundry to destroy them properly. All the sweet perfume of the incense of the spices of worship is in the folds of our garments. We do not smell of the smoke of revenge or of judgment, but we have the fresh scent of forgiveness and mercy in every fiber of the robe of righteousness.
God recently spoke to us and said, "This is the day of your rejoicing. You have acted out rejoicing almost like an actor on stage, but rejoicing is about to act up in you! You will not be rejoicing over a parable of promises, but you will be rejoicing over packs of promises that have opened before you. Your shouting will not be only for promises heard but of promises provided in the present." We have been called to sing about life and not the tears of death. The dancing music of our hearts is the tune of mercy and grace.

Do not rehearse the events of the past any longer. Forget them and leave them behind in the consuming fire of my love. I am love and my love is a consuming fire. I have sent a fire through your heart, not for bad but for good. The fire of my love is burning up the effects of the poisonous darts that have been shot into your heart. Well-aimed darts have taken their toll on you. You are deeply wounded. Grace has been given to you so that bitterness does not come near you. You have grown in me and in the grace of God. You are not a stranger to the battlefield. Being wounded is not a new thing to you.
88. What did you expect in the house of your friends?
I was wounded in the house of my friends. (Zechariah 13:6) You are not greater than your Master. I was wounded by my own. You came to do good. Now you have been rewarded with evil. You cannot cover up evil by enveloping it with empty, good words and deeds. The taste of evil is the same whether it is wrapped in evil or wrapped in good. Evil will not depart from the house that rewards good with evil. (Proverbs 17:13) Forgive those who have despitefully used you and who persecute you so that you may be a child of your Father who is in heaven. I make the sun to rise on the evil and on the good. I send rain on the just and on the unjust.
89. If you love only those who love you, what reward do you have?

I thank you Lord for the authority that you have given me to make bold declarations, for your word is always powerful and a more skilled weapon than any spear or any arrow. In this dispensation of your word, I give you praise. You have given me the spirit of faith; therefore, I will continually speak of your glory. You have not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. I rejoice and give you thanks for the revelation that praise is more than a reaction to an action. It is a proclamation of your greatness. My praise will turn into deadly ambushes for the enemy, and just as Moses' hands were raised and Israel prevailed, I will come to you with my hands raised in praise and full confidence in you for a great victory. I will proclaim with a loud voice my great expectation of the miracles to come. I declare the victory that you have already won on my behalf. All glory and honor belong to you…

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - June 20, 2007
In Genesis chapter one, the active declaration of God was, "Let there be." Speaking and existence are synonymous. In other words, the same Hebrew word for Let there be, is the same word used for I Am in Exodus. God's being to himself and in us is equal to speaking into existence. Jehoshaphat sent out praisers BEFORE the army. Elijah heard the sound of abundance of rain before he prayed. Our most powerful weaponry in prayer is to speak the promises and power into existence before anything else begins. The smallest letter in the Hebrew language is the letter yod. It has an almost “J” connotation in many places such as the beginning of Jehovah and Jehoshuah. It is also part of every other letter, and therefore part of every word! Its pictograph is an open door or open hand. When we read about the heavens declaring his glory and the firmament the handiwork thereof, we are saying in the handiwork the yad or yod of God. Proverbs 18:21, life and death are in the power of the tongue, is so interesting because the word power is the Hebrew word yad or yod. Yod is also possessive. When you see the word rock without it being said my Rock, it has no yod before it. Yet, when the psalmist would give praise and the proclamation of he is my rock, my fortress and my refuge, there is a yod in front of each word! When we declare it ours, the open hand of God reaches down and makes it so!
