Preach Faith in God's Faithfulness in the Face of Troublesome Forecast of Doom

By Moses Hightower

I drew you to prayer. Everything has been given to you that pertains to life and godliness. Grace and peace has been multiplied unto you. The favor that you have been given grants you an awesome advantage over self. You must not allow your feelings and reasoning to bar you from the favor that is yours because of salvation. I am truly living my life out in you. The dogs of condemnation have come again to short-circuit your peace. They are attempting to persuade you to abandon your trust in my love. Do not be bewildered by their barks and howls in your ears. All of these strategies are common to the good fight of faith. I will not allow you to be confounded by these wiles. There are subtle spirits manifesting stunning tactics against the mind. These spirits know that they have a short time to work. Astonishing creatures are warring against you and the church. Those who are unaware of the warfare are deceived or already captured. I will not allow you to be ignorant of the devil's devices. A warning has been sent forth to alert you. Draw near to me, and I will draw near to you. Many are captured at the will of the devil because they do not love me. The people must be taught to love me.

You must choose to be holy. Keep your heart pure and pray without ceasing. I am mobilizing holy teachers of love and grace to lead and guide my people through the spirit of cold love that has blanketed the entire earth. Gross darkness has covered the land. You must set forth holy examples, keep your own hands clean, and your heart pure. Who else will stand in my holy place except those who have clean hands, a pure heart, and those who have not lifted up their souls unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully?

I have forgiven your sins and your iniquities. Accept the peace of love and forgiveness. The barking of spiritual dogs cannot remove the righteousness that I have imputed. The strength of their untiring legs cannot outlast my longsuffering and my patience. I have placed the cloth of justification over their mouths. By the hands of angels, I have put them to sleep and lifted you above their sniffing noses. They have sought you in vain, for you have found a refuge in me, the Eternal God. I have decided to bless you and send righteousness from the kingdom of God. Worship in the refuge of the God of your salvation. There is no god like me. I ride upon the heavens and I am your help. I have placed everlasting arms underneath you.

My love has caused me to thrust out the enemy before you. I am the shield of your help. I am the sword of Excellency. I have saved my people, and now will I tread upon these subtle things that are devouring the people. Do not diminish my power among the people. Proclaim the power of God to keep them safe. I have not simply brought them to birth and left them to survive of themselves. I am their rock and their fortress. I am their deliverer and their God. I am the strength of their lives. I am their buckler and the horn of their salvation. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be delivered. They are calling upon me; therefore, will I save them from their enemies. Though the sorrows of death compass them round about and the floods of assumed trouble make them afraid, I will save them and bring them out with a high hand. Go and preach faith in my faithfulness in the face of the troublesome forecast of doom. In the house of the Lord, there is beauty to behold. In the time of trouble, I will hide my people in my pavilion. In the secret of my tabernacle, I will hide them and set them upon the rock of my salvation. Go and declare that the right hand of God is under the heads of my people. I have lifted them up above their enemies. Offer the sacrifices of joy in my tabernacles of praise and sing praises unto the Eternal God. The future has not surprised me; therefore, do not allow any of these things to surprise and baffle you. Everything continues to bow at my name. Walk and run in the name of the Lord as you abound herein with thanksgiving.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."

RE: RHEMA - Preach Faith in God's Faithfulness in the Face of Troublesome Forecast of Doom

In Psalms 22, we read of the emotional trauma and mental suffering of the cross. We see the picture of a body or a person ripped apart and torn by hungry, wild animals. His heart melted like wax in the midst of his bowels. Every structure of his life is pierced and dried up. Yet, this Psalm does not end with a gasp but with a shout. In verse 25, there is praise in the congregation. Praise should be the prevailing passion of God's people. In verse 26, we are told that the very sound of praise will cause the heart to live forever. It will break forth from there to all people worshipping him. This chapter ends prophetically by saying that this praise and worship will cause a people that are righteous to be born. Worship will not give birth to weakness, but worry will fill our hearts with pain. I was praying and complaining to God recently, and he spoke very simply to me and said, "Get out of the drain and into the overflow!" When I got out of the drain of concern and cares and began to praise him, I was liberated from the sinking feeling in my spirit. God is faithful to all generations. In Psalms 40, David explained that God had brought him up out of a horrible pit. The Hebrew word for horrible is the word for noise. Our enemy and circumstances make a lot of noise and so much that we feel overwhelmed to try to shout above it. Yet in that Psalm, David said that he would speak of the wonderful works of the Lord that were too numerous to count. He said that he would declare the faithfulness of God even when innumerable evils had compassed him about. He continues to say that they might laugh at him and say, "Aha!" Yet, he ends by saying that those that seek the Lord should be glad and continually say, “The LORD BE MAGNIFIED!”

Let your soul be joyful in me, for I have clothed you with the garments of salvation. I have covered you with the robe of righteousness. I am causing righteousness and praise to spring forth before all nations; therefore, arise and take hold of my strength, and rejoice in the goodness of your God. Remember the mercies of David. I will not turn away your face from me, for you are anointed. Remember, you are clothed with salvation, so shout aloud for joy. You are budding like the horn of David, and a lamp for your feet is given for your path. Arise up and cast off the willows for a garment. Be adorned with the garment of praise. You are accepted in the beloved, and all your problems are already worked out in my victory. I have clothed your enemies with shame and placed a crown of praise upon your head.

RE: RHEMA - Ushered into His Presence by the Hands of Love After Being Tempted to Turn Back in the Heat of Battle

As I was in fasting and praying this month, the Lord spoke to me and said, "You have quoted my words that if men would hunger and thirst after me they would be filled.  How hungry are you? Do you desire my fellowship and relationship like you used to? If you will allow me to embrace you in prayer, you will be in the very hollow of my hand.   If you are in my hand will I allow the spirit of failure and defeat to pluck you out?  Why do you spend more time with your own thoughts outside of my presence when you could spend time in my presence outside the influence of your thoughts?  You are tempted to give up and quit the very pursuit of the things that I have placed so strongly within you.  If you walk in your flesh, you will slide down muddy canyon walls of despair.  I call you away to myself.  Prayer is not just paying your dues.  I will come to you and comfort you and confirm my word to you." God's love is not a temporary expedition into a short term state of euphoria.  His love is a constant, abiding presence that does not leave us at the end of a road.  God's love does not weave our lives into the fabric of a mantle and then take it away from us and rip it apart.  He desires to wrap us in his assurance and confidence when failure and doubt would lock us into permanent time of torment.  We have tables of victory to partake of.  Time has brought us to the precipice of eternity.  We must be determined to rush constantly away from our own realm into his arenas of love.

(Continued)

Taste and see that I am good. You have tried the things from the table of devils and found out what a bad taste was left in your mouth. Do not taste the things offered from that table any longer, for it is always damnable. Tasting me is a wonderful experience.

75.       How can you taste me without tasting my words?

You followed human reasoning, conveniences, and the voice of man. These voices took you in the wrong direction. This big problem is removing you from a wrong direction and placing you in the will of God that I may bless you and souls may be won to my kingdom. Do not be filled with a lack of trust. Distrust is a big enemy. Distrust is void of conviction and certainty. Incertitude is at the heart of distrust. You cannot make the right choices by using distrust as a compass. There is no assurance or confidence in distrust. Go from the presence of men that you cannot trust.  Liars all have the same father, and a leopard cannot change his spots. A liar gives ear to a naughty tongue.

76.       Why listen to it?

Lord, I praise your name because your name is a strong tower. I know that the mental suffering and the emotional trauma that you suffered on the cross was for my benefit.  For this, I give you thanks.  I appreciate your thoughts toward me when your heart melted like wax in the midst of your bowels. Although every structure of your life was pierced and dried up, I offer praise unto you for giving yourself for me.  Help me to let praise be a prevailing passion towards you.  I am relieved that the very sound of my praise will cause my heart to live forever. You have whispered in my ear to stop complaining and get out of the drain and into the overflow. Help me to cast all my cares and concerns on you through my praise.  I am grateful for my liberation through praise. Just as you brought David out of a horrible pit, you shall bring me out also.  Let not the enemy's noise be a distraction to me any longer. I am thankful for all that you have done for me.  Your works are too numerous to count, my King and I give you praise.  I am glad that you gave me grace to seek you. I am thankful and I love to magnify your name.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - June 15, 2007

Isaiah 59:19 declares that when the enemy comes in like a flood that the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard. Standard is the Hebrew word noos. Our praise unto God is inhabited by the Victor of every battle and war. When we praise God, it puts the King on the throne and onsite in our lives. Praise enthrones him and releases him to be more than enough to defeat or solve my problems. Noos means literally that God issues an order to evict Satan.  When we are praising God, we are waving the eviction notice from God to Satan as we shout, "Get Out!"
