Though the Storms Keep Raging and the Winds Keep Blowing, Your Soul Is Anchored in the Lord (Part 4)
By
Moses Hightower

I have not wasted time while they attacked you, but I have built stronger faith in this time of attack. You shall know assuredly that I am for you, and no one can be against you. Back away and allow me to swing this final blow to the head of conspiracy, danger, and disaster. Look out over the deck of faith and behold the calm coming to the sea all about you. My light is shining in you. Now by the light of revelation, look to the night and proclaim it day. The end of the night is coming. Darkness is backing up, for I am shining bright in you. Rest my son. I have ordained a great victory for you. Now prepare for the blessing of my goodness. I will do more than open up heavens' windows, but I have laid up treasures for you to plunder. Come and enjoy the blessings that have been laid up for you. Though the pressure has come with great deceptive forces that cannot be calculated or understood, keep on pressing your way. Do not look behind you, but press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God that is in Christ. Press on by faith. The end of this trial is just ahead. There is rain, wind, and storm, but you must fight the good fight of faith. Inside of faith, there is courage to go on, even when your flesh says, “Turn around.” Do not turn from the vision of the end. I have shown you of yourself standing on the mountain of victory. You did not arrive there by looking back, neither by observing the rain, the wind, and the storm. Your goal shall be reached. Listen to my voice of encouragement. It is expressing volumes of good news in the face of all the bad news of the day.
The weather forecasters who are employed by the storm's author cannot change the destiny foreordained. Forecasters of the night know nothing of my secrets. I have passed a secret on to you. Now smile in the face of this. People look at you and they see an old man. I see a child of the Ancient of Days. I am the Ancient of Days, your father. You will not be destroyed in this storm. Through the rain, through the storm, through the winds, you will stand. Keeping fighting the good fight of faith, and you will reign on the mountaintop of victory. Wipe your tears and stand on your feet with thanksgiving in your heart. I have not forgotten my promises to you. I have not left you alone on this stormy sea. Look ahead. Your goal is in reach.
Rest and dream a few more dreams. Rest and have a few more visions. Rest and pray a few more prayers. Rest and shout a few more shabachs. Rest and dance a few more steps. Rest and sing a few more new songs. Press on as a good soldier of the faith. The storm is not your enemies’ instrument of doom, but the storm is your master teacher's illustration to help you understand faith and the faithfulness of your God. Press your way to the class. Sit in the comfort of a new classroom. I will give you a review of the previous lessons, and there will you find that I have never failed you. Will I fail you now?
Why have you thought of failure and defeat?
These troubles were necessary. These tribulations were ordained. The devils that have used others to hinder you and discourage you are not victorious because they have scored points in hindering and discouraging you. The final point is sure. Though war has risen up against you, I am for you and no one can be against you. Though you are cast down, you are not destroyed. Though you are troubled on every side, do not be distressed. Though you are persecuted, you are not defeated. Though you are pursued, you are not caught. There is peace in the midst of this storm. In the midst of this storm, peace has not departed because of vicious waves and intimidating blows.
Look into the vision before you and behold the blow of righteousness to the head of intimidation. Pity the vessel that bears the spirit of intimidation, for I shall smash the flesh of these vessels. Earthen vessels have become the habitation of spirits of intimidation sent forth to frustrate the ministry of my word. The word of God shall spring forth with its hammer effect and nail earthen vessels into the mounds of dirt. They shall be hidden among the dust in the burial places for castaways and reprobates. They shall be cast into the fields used by potters. Look to the future and behold the way of the Lord. The weight of the lost and the weight of my purpose are not on your shoulders. This weight is upon me. Rest and watch me work on your behalf. All hope is not gone, neither has it left. Hope is yet here. I will deliver you in time. Rest. Rest.
Give up your plans to defend yourself. Watch how I defend you. I have not come down from my throne of authority and relinquished it to another. Your God is still on the throne. I will deliver you in time. Rest and be confident of your victory soon.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."

RE: RHEMA - Though the Storms Keep Raging and the Winds Keep Blowing, Your Soul Is Anchored in the Lord (Part 4)
Storms here on earth may be filled with hail, wind, rain, lightning, and tornadoes. Objects may be uprooted. Waters may rise and flood the structures of life. Lightning may set fires and demolish large trees. Hail will shatter glass and roof surfaces. Every kind of affliction may seem to be foreboding in the storms of our lives. Yet, we can watch on the radar and see the worst of the storm turn or go around us or diminish abruptly. God brings the winds out of his treasury. If he brings them out of his treasury, then he certainly has the remedy for any kind of destruction they may seem to bring to us. Storms are what seem to be the interference between us and where we need to go or desire to be. God knows where we need to be and is with us in the midst of the storm. Storms are the way that faith assures us that God will never leave us or forsake us. We have heard of ships that sink in a storm, but we never hear of all the millions daily that reach their destination in spite of the storm. We will arrive where he has sent us and with the full cargo of promises and provisions of treasure that no pirate of the sea can steal. We will rest in the arms of the Almighty and know that failure is not on the cargo list, but victory is in the hole by the crate!

Take heed unto yourself and the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you shall save yourself and them that hear you. If you refuse to do this, you shall be distracted as Samson was distracted and became sport for his enemies. The enemy has planned a performance for his entertainment and recreation with my people as the object of their amusement. Refuse to become amusement for your enemy. The act before your face is a diversion. It is a departure from the purpose; therefore, beware of all deviations from seeking to save those who are lost. Sound doctrine is a necessity to remain on course and to not depart from the faith. Seducing spirits are using powerful temptations to lure you from the truth. Do not depart from the truth for another gospel or another doctrine. You are in the truth, and there is no other truth concerning me. Do not seek to please men, for if you please men, you cannot be my servant. If you seek to please men, you will preach a gospel after men.

We have a more sure word of prophecy than all the lies of the darkness. Day has dawned in our hearts, and the Day Star has arisen in the midst of a grossly dark world. With revelation as our illumination, we need to show forth the virtues and greatness of him who delivered us from the darkness into his miraculous kingdom. Death has only published words of fear and death. Light is proclaiming the words of peace and hope. Our Redeemer has reconciled all adversity in the heavens and the earth. His peace has produced in our lives the assurance and confidence that no natural substance can copy. One of the prophets said, "Why would you imagine against the Lord?"
He will not recompense us evil but he has come to do us good. Our trials open the door for the power of God to rest on us in strength. Let us cast out worry and doubt and all other spirits that would try to drag us down. Truth will be the designer and builder of the city that will be built for those who love it. God has opened himself up for all to a deeper relationship with him. We need to learn the language of love instead of the language of need. Deep is calling of the deep in those who are not satisfied with the shallow and trivial things of this life. If we love him with all our hearts, there will not be any room for others or for things to occupy that position that only God can fill. Surging chaos sometimes erupts in our lives, but he will deliver us in the arms of peace in the time of upheaval. All our adversity and problems are just the platform for God to display his power and just how much he really loves us. Satan may try to write panic over our doors, but the blood has written peace. God will silence the liar and bring his word to nothing.

Behold the fowls of the air. They do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet I feed them.
42. Are you not much better than they?
43. How many inches can you add to your stature by taking thought?
44. So why are you taking thought about these things?

Lord, I praise you this morning, for you are worthy to be praised even in the times that the storms here on earth may be filled with hail, wind, rain, lightning, and tornadoes. Objects may be uprooted. Waters may rise and flood the structures of life. Lightning may set fires and demolish large trees. Hail can shatter glass and roof surfaces. Every kind of affliction may seem to be foreboding in the storms of life. Yet, I can praise you with confidence knowing the worst of the storm will turn and go around or diminish abruptly. I am elated, O Lord, that you will bring the winds out of your treasury. If you bring them out of your treasury, then you will certainly have the remedy for any kind of destruction that may seem to come to me. Storms may seem to be the interference between me and my destination, but you, my Lord, know where I need to be and are with me in the midst of the storm.
Storms are the way that faith assures me that you will never leave me or forsake me. The enemy desires for me to hear of ships that sink in the storm but never to hear of all the millions that daily reach their destination in spite of the storm. Your faithfulness and love bring peace to my soul, and your words bring forth assurance that I will arrive where you have sent me with the full cargo of promises and provisions of treasure that no pirate of the sea can steal. I will rest in your Almighty arms and know that failure is not on the cargo list, but victory is in the hole by the crate. Hallelujah!!!

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - May 31, 2007
We will not fear though the mountains be removed and cast in the sea. Though the waves of the sea roar and are troubled, we will not be moved. God is in the midst of his people. He is a very present help in the time of trouble. All this is because the Lord of host is with us. When he is present, every wave must lay at his feet like lambs around the shepherd. Jesus Christ is our covert from every storm. Covert means the hiding place or to be hidden in his presence. In Isaiah 16:4, we are told that he is a covert from the spoiler. Satan cannot spoil or take my blessing and peace when I am hidden in Jesus Christ.
