Look Fear in the Face and Stand in Its Presence with Total Confidence in God and His Promises

I am come that you might have life and that more abundantly. The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have sent the bread of God into the earth. The bread of God gave his life unto the world. I gave my flesh for the entire world. In giving myself for the world, great grace and the gift of grace has abounded unto many. The free gift is of many offences unto justification. You are justified by faith; therefore, be fully assured that I am taking care of you. I will not forget your work and labor of love that you have shown toward my name. You ministered to the saints, and you are continuing to minister. Stretch forth your faith and show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end, for he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved. My counsel is immutable. I cannot lie.

A strong consolation is given unto you that you may lay hold upon the hope that is set before you. I am the anchor for your soul. I am both sure and steadfast. Do not worry about the threats of destruction that have come against your mind, neither worry about the outcome. I am able to save you to the uttermost. I am the holy, harmless, undefiled high priest. I am consecrated forevermore. I have placed my kingdom within you. Keep the things of the kingdom always in remembrance. You must be established in the truth, for it is the truth that has made you free. Be freed to rise up by the same spirit that was in the prophets and in the early church to speak as the Holy Ghost moves you. I have come to inspire confidence in you. A guarantee of assurance in the plan given you in times past remains in effect. You will not be defeated, and my plans to bless you will not be retracted. Be free from doubt and uncertainty. Set your sail of faith in the encouraging winds of love and be certain that on the field of battle I am fighting for you. I have freed you from doubt. Do not let there be any shade of doubt in your mind concerning victory. Certitude is of a high premium in this trial. What do you personally believe concerning my promises to you?

I am faithful and I cannot lie. It is impossible for me to lie. I brought you to this place by my divine design; therefore, do not despise what is happening to you. All the things that I am allowing are all part of the design for your life and the life of those who follow you. I have chosen you as a stumblingblock. Those who kick you shall come tumbling down, for I have sent you on a mission here. Your mission is almost over, but you must be stumbled over a few more times before I remove you from the heat of this trial. Do not be afraid, neither despise the fire that I have brought to your life. In this fire, you are being purified and becoming a better Christian. I have kept your heart from bitterness. In all that has happened unto you, I have given you more grace that bitterness has remained far from you. You will find more grace so that you might pray for those who have despitefully used you.

Rise up with total confidence in me. Experience is valuable; however, if you had no experience, I would be the same, for who I am and what I have promised does not change because of man’s experience. Allow the assurance that you are receiving to come from the source of assurance and not from your experience. You may trust me absolutely. You may completely trust in me, your God. I have given you a trusting relationship with me. Now take the things that I have promised you into your confidence. I will not betray your confidence in me. Be certain of my promises to you. I have spoken in your ears as I spoke in the ears of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Daniel, and Isaiah. Only believe. I am real. I am not a farce. What is happening to you is real. I desire to have this relationship with all of my sheep. I will use you to certify that it is possible for each of them. My sheep hear my voice. Go and spread the good news that their God is speaking to them. I have not come to swindle your confidence. You may be totally secure that I have come to make you fully confident of the faith of Jesus working in you. Your emotions have been attacked. Be assured that you may be secure in your emotions. Be confident of my power and ability working in your life. I have sent forth new strength, courage, and confidence. Look fear in the face and stand in its presence with total confidence in the victory that I am giving you right now.

We are confident that the One who has begun a good work in us will complete his work in our lives. He did not create the universe to leave it on day five to be incomplete. He did not stop until the seventh day to rest. We must take notice and realize that he is the only One that can create a new life and a new world in and around us and nothing can stop it. We need to rest in the Holy Ghost that he will fitly frame it all unto perfection by his rich utterance. Fear is a fake and fraud. We need to spit in the face of the impersonation of anything that would defy the Living God that is in us. David did not flee in fear from Goliath, but he ran in faith to defeat the giant of fear that dismayed all the armies of Israel. We need to run this race not only with patience but with bold action that will run over anything that will try to frighten the people of God. We must remind ourselves that God has not failed to supply every need in the past, and he will not fail us today. We may be in the valley of trial and nothingness, but he will bring us out to the land of abundance. Many may try to distract us and pull us down, but we will be like the woman that knew that a crumb was enough of the kind of bread that Jesus had. When we wake up to the fact that a crumb of his bread is more than enough for our need, then we will have the whole loaf!

RE: RHEMA - Kingdom News and the Bread of the Morning Instead of Headlines by Thieves and Murderers of Time

Maybe this is a little different, but I find myself being so drawn to the presence and the communion of the Lord that I do not want to return to any other thoughts or activities. It seems as if he is inviting us to come into chambers that have been available but unopened for a longtime. Life has a way of micro-compressing us into the pure and majestic time we spend with the One who loves us. I have come to believe that the presence of God has a way of enlarging the spiritual container where, if we hurry through or are tardy, we remain small and adolescent in our relationship with him. In the Old Testament, people missed so much of God because they tried to naturalize the spiritual. (Example - the temple). If we are standing in the light that cast the shadows they missed so much of God in, we must, as the Hubble telescope, spend hours analyzing the light, or it will not say much to us. It will only remain echoes from the darkness and blemishes on a frame of short reference. I believe that there are corridors and entire chambers of manuscripts that lay unopened yet need to be released by the New Testament scribes with a mouth and computer for a quill and scroll. We must refuse to be diverted by the slick advertisements of the roadhouses and inns of this hour, for they are patronized by the thieves and robbers of this hour who will take away our faith and our relationship with God. Let us daily treat our time with him like a long awaited cruise of a long trip where we unwind from the things of self and are resting and enjoying the company of the Captain of our salvation in the best room filled with the finest flowers and banqueting tables available.

This morning I arise with praise in my heart knowing that you are my God. You are the One who has begun a good work in me and will complete your work in my life. You did not create the universe to leave it on the fifth day in an incomplete state. You did not stop to rest until the seventh day. Lord, I acknowledge and realize that you are the only One that can create a new life and a world in and around me, and nothing can stop it. I am at rest in the Holy Ghost because you will fitly frame it all into perfection by your rich utterance. Your love for me has revealed that fear is a fake and a fraud. You have given me the grace to spit in the face of the impersonation of anything that would defy you, the Living God that is in me. By this same grace, I will run this race not only with patience but with bold actions that will run over anything that will try to frighten me.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - May 18, 2007

For a moment, it appeared to Abraham that God would take his son, but God supplied a lamb instead. God's provision for us is not limited by time or circumstances. If God gave himself on the cross and no one asked specifically, then how much more will he give to us, his children, our every need?

We are told that there was grace given in him before the world began. He was the Lamb slain before there was a man. With this kind of preparation, we should never doubt that God has prepared a long time in advance for our success and blessing. He does not intend for us to fail but to celebrate final victory with him. Creation did not weary him and neither does all the sum total of our needs and problems. Thousands were fed by his blessings of the small loaves of a lad. God will take our loaves of one meal and turn it into abundance for multiplied thousands. Grace and peace will be multiplied in our lives to bless us and to minister to others.
