Open Your Mouth and Say What God Has Said, Then Will the Goal of Faith Rest on God's Authority and Reality

By Moses Hightower

Be fully persuaded that I cannot lie, and draw near me with total confidence in my word.  My word has gone forth out of my mouth and will not return to me unfulfilled. If you have made peace with me, walk with me in total agreement with what is written in heaven. You must open your mouth and say what I have said if you have resolved your differences with me. Your faith should bind you to me in total agreement so that we may walk together. It should always draw you toward me and never allow you to go from me. It should lead you in the path of righteousness at all times. The still waters should always be in focus because of the goal of faith. If you have true faith, you should be fixed on my purpose and my way. One of the goals of faith is to agree with the truth of what has been declared by me while resting on my authority and reality. You do not need any other evidence other than to know that what I have said is the truth. Only believe.

Many of my people find it easier to disagree with me and agree with the adversary. They are people in whom there is no faith. They are a froward generation, and I will hide my face from them. I am provoked unto jealousy, for they romance the strange gods of unbelief. They open their mouths and call me a liar, for they do not believe my word. They have allowed an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the Living God to be their counsel. They have obeyed their own hearts instead of my voice. I have said, “Obey my voice and I will be your God. You shall be my people and walk in all the ways that I have commanded you so that it may be well unto you.”  Many have not taken a sincere notice of what I have said. They have not inclined a listening ear to my voice but have walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart. They have gone backward and not forward. They have become hardened in their hearts through the deceitfulness of sin, not holding the beginning of their confidence steadfast unto the end. Go and say in their ears, “Today if you will hear the voice of God, do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation.”

How can you be a part of my bride if you grieve me?

I desire to say concerning you, “This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased.” Without faith, it is impossible to please me.  Look up into the heavenly places and notice that the heavens are opened unto you. I dwell within you, and I am speaking inside of you. Why listen to another testimony when you have access to my testimony within you?

Many have evil framed against them because they have not walked by faith. They framed for themselves unbelief instead of a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.  Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Testify as a righteous man, for the testimony of an unrighteous man does not please me. By faith, Abel offered unto me a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, with me testifying of his gifts, and by it, he being dead yet speaks.

Open your mouth and speak the word of God that you should live by, for man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. I have given you the Rhema of God. Now open your mouth and speak what I have so graciously given unto you. The Rhema of God has creative power. I made the heavens and all the host of them by the breath of my mouth. I made the earth by my power and established the world by my wisdom. I stretched out the heavens by my discretion. I uttered with my voice and a multitude of waters came forth. I made lightning with rain and brought forth the wind out of my treasures. I made all things and without me was not anything made that was made. Open your mouth and say what I have said, and then shall you be turned from all these vanities and voices of other gods unto serving me, the Living God.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."

Words of Light upon the Face of Imaginations, Lack of Faith, Unbelief, and Vanities

I am fully persuaded that Jesus cannot lie. I draw near him with total confidence in his word. His word has gone forth out of his mouth and will not return to him unfulfilled. If I have made peace with him, then I will walk with him in total agreement with what is written in heaven. I must open my mouth and say what he has said if I have resolved my differences with him. RE: RHEMA - Open Your Mouth and Say What God Has Said, Then Will the Goal of Faith Rest on God's Authority and Reality

When words of ineffable power swept away the darkness and filled the empty vacuums of time with created essence, there was no man to give counsel to God. When God came to Adam and involved him in the process of naming the animals, it was a sharing of his sovereignty.  In Hebrew thought, if you have the ability to call something by a name and that is what it is, then you have authority over it. To disregard the speaking of our mouth as it becomes involved with the works of God and not repeating what he has said is the height of disrespect and failure to acknowledge the seat of the authority of God's power. All language in Genesis before the sin of man was creative or about creation.  We need to return to that pristine frame of speaking with our mouth.  When we speak and repeat what God has said, we are releasing the power of it and it shall come to pass.  In Exodus 20:19, Israel missed words of power beyond their wildest imaginations by refusing to hear from God directly and accepting written tablets instead. They asked Moses to not let God speak to them. In Isaiah 28:11& 12, the word of the Lord comes again and yet they would not hear.

Creation's power is in the mouth of the speaker.  Pei is the Hebrew word for speaking or opening the mouth.  Inside the pei is a perfect outline of the beitBeit or the b in the Hebrew language is the beginning word in Genesis 1:1. Hidden in the speaking of man is the power of creation. It has been revealed to us according to Mark 11:23 that we will have whatsoever we say.  Proverbs tell us that a man has joy by the answer of his mouth. I would say that a man is terribly miserable by the things of God that he will not speak up and say.  We can speak up and live, or we can shut up and die in our misery.  God has given us the opportunity to speak to reshape and reform our world, or we can be quiet and allow our world to rule us.  As kings and priests, we need to issue the edicts of eternity.  Our praise and worship should be filled with the prophetic and profound.

Behold my power. I desire you to become more aware of the influence of my power in your life. I am the administrator of power. Yield yourself to me, and behold the working of my mighty power in your life. The activity of my power is awesome. If you could visualize the working of my power in your life, you would surely be confident of the greatness of it; however, you do not walk by sight, but you walk by faith. Only believe that I am greater than all other forces and powers. I am the power that moves all things. I am the power that sustains all things. I have all power. I have power to produce the changes that are needed in this life and in you. Behold my power. Have you ever observed the power of heat?

Have you ever observed the power of sound?

Behold the power of the wind as it propels a ship. Demons can get in the wind and cause the power of the wind to become destructive, yet I have power over demons and their activities. I am the head of all principality and power. Satan is the prince of the power of the air, yet I am his head; therefore, do not fear the prince of the power of the air. At my name, his knee bows. His influence is limited although he has power to move the minds of the disobedient, for he works in the children of disobedience. He persuades them because he has the power to influence them. Walk in the Spirit, and you will not be influenced by wickedness, neither by the wicked one.

RE: RHEMA - Spiritual Focus While the Terror of Unbelief and Fear Lies in Ambush on the Horizon

Every time that Israel faced an enemy, it was a type of the fear and dismay that we battle. Spiritual understanding opens our eyes to the host that the Lord has already dispatched to help us. He instructed Gideon that he would smite the enemy as one man. God does not need large numbers of troops or earthly reserves to meet our every need. One of the greatest lessons of this hour is how they won the victory. They broke the empty pitchers that held the lamp.  We allow our empty expectations to cover the word the Lord has given to us.  We need to break the pitchers that are empty and shout the Rhema that God has given, and he will fight the battle for us and seat us at a table full of platters of precious promises fulfilled. When Shammah stood in the field and defeated the Philistines, he was removing the reproach of defeat the enemy held over the head of the Lord's people and replacing it with the approach of victory. God wrought a great victory.  We will stand and not be part of the roving bands of fear, nor will we flee from the noise all around the camp, for great is the Lord who is in the midst of us.

Lord, I give you praise this morning. My heart is full of thanksgiving, for your words of ineffable power have swept away the darkness and filled the empty vacuums of time with your creative essence. There was no man to give counsel to you. When you came to Adam and involved him in the process of naming the animals, it was a sharing of your sovereignty. I am elated that you have given me this day, and by your grace I have the ability to call something by a name and that’s what it is; therefore, I have authority over it. I come before you today, and I will continually praise you for allowing me to be a partaker with you in speaking the words of life in this dark world of despair. Your grace is allowing me to return to that pristine frame of speaking with my mouth.  When I speak and repeat what you have said, I am releasing the power of it and it shall come to pass.  As it is written in your word, Israel missed words of power beyond their wildest imaginations by refusing to hear from you and accepting written tablets instead. You have restored man’s speaking relationship with you, and I am honored to be able to hear your voice. You have placed creation's power in my mouth, and now I will use my voice to speak. I am full of gratitude today, for you have granted me understanding through your word. Now I know that I can l have whatsoever I say.  You have said that a man has joy by the answer of his mouth; therefore, I accept this opportunity to speak.  By the words of my mouth, my world will be reshaped and reformed.  I purpose not to be quiet and allow my world to rule me. As a king and priest, I will issue the edicts of eternity.  My praise and worship unto you is filled with the prophetic and profound because you are allowing your creative speech to express itself today. I thank you Jesus for your words of life, and I give you praise!!!

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - May 7, 2007

God has restored the same power that Adam had through the redemption of Jesus Christ for us.  If we can believe that we can have whatsoever we say, we can dictate to the circumstance instead of the circumstances dictating the terms of our lives. We can have anxiety and grief, or we can have awesome gifts in each word we speak.

God recently spoke to me and said, "Be careful what you call your day and the circumstances in it because that is what you will receive.  If you declare the day as one that I have made, then I will continue the creative process in your worship and praise in the day.  If you call it by any other name, then you have labeled it by the authority of something else that you are letting rule over you. Do not fear or be dismayed, for I am your God and not the situations that want to strangle you with their cares."

Our prophetic speaking and praise will change the ashes of life into beauty and the tattered garments of a beggar into the tailor made suit of man that God has prospered.
