A New Meal: The Bread of Rest Instead of the Bread of Tears

I have led you into a fertile pasture where there is fresh water and green grass. Come and drink from the fresh stream of living water that is here. I have considered your thirst and your hunger. I know what you need before you ask for it, however, that does not restrict you from asking for what you need. Do not fear the things that you imagine about this new environment. Come and drink without fear. I have not led you into a pasture filled with vipers and snakes. The good shepherd chose this place. I am the great Shepherd, the chief Shepherd who will give crowns of glory that will not fade away. You were as sheep going astray and have now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. Rest in the chosen place of the Lord, your God. I have not made a mistake in selecting this place of rest. I brought you into this valley to give you rest from the night seasons of war and struggle. I have considered your need of rest from the vicious war for the territory that I have brought you into.

There are new plants in this pasture. They are for your nourishment. You need new strength. I have considered all that you need. Remember that your sufficiency is not of yourself. Come and eat from my hand. I have planned a meal for you that is not selected by your own desires and cravings. The Lord of the pasture has selected this meal. I am walking with you as you eat from my hand. Eat in confidence having total trust in my choices for you. Though you have not eaten from these new experiences, when you eat from them, fresh vitality shall enter into your life. Taste and see that I am good also. Eat and notice that you already feel revitalized.

The good word of the Lord is flowing like the mighty water from a mighty waterfall. This word is pure and undefiled. It is alive and without the putrefaction of man's words. These words are spirit and they are life. The living word has entered into your life this day and supplied you with comfort in your affliction. The living word has revitalized you. This is not a cluster of man's words. These are the words of eternal life that I give unto you. I am the Father, the Shepherd of Israel. My strength has been stirred up, and I have come with the great right arm of salvation to lead you beyond the plains of battle. I have fed you with the bread of tears and given you tears to drink in great measure. Now I am turning your life so that you might behold my shining face of great peace and mighty salvation. The good word is nigh you, even in your mouth and in your heart. It is the word of faith. Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus. Believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead. With your heart, you believe unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The good word of the Lord has brought hearing whose fruit is faith. You did not seek me, but I was made manifest unto you. You did not ask for me, neither did you stretch your hands out for me. I have placed blessings into your hands that you did not reach for. You did not extend yourself for the kind of blessings in your hands now. You have things that eye have not seen and ear have not heard. You have things that have not been installed into the heart of man. I have brought you into this good place to install the deep things of God. I know the things of man. No man knows the things of God. The Spirit of God only knows them. I have given you the Spirit, which is of God that you may know the things that are freely given to you of God. These are the things that I speak. Now allow the Holy Ghost to teach you in this good pasture of freshness.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."

RE: RHEMA - A New Meal: The Bread of Rest Instead of the Bread of Tears

John heard the Lord promise the Pergamos church hidden manna. With all the battles on the inside of that church and pressure and persecution from the outside, God had provided a powerful meal to those who were overcomers. If we turn the word overcomer around, we see that we need to do as the voice called to John from heaven and come on over or up to the heavenly places in Jesus Christ. God absolutely has feasts of great things that we have never tasted before. In Isaiah 25, God promises a feast of fat things, full of marrow. It includes the destruction of some of the most powerful enemies we meet such as death. Jesus told his disciples that he had bread to eat that they knew not of. He continued to allude to it in the gospel of John that it was so powerful that they would never hunger again! In Psalms 104, there is a mention of bread that would strengthen men's hearts. The shewbread in the Old Testament was a translation of the bread of his face. If that bread for the priest in the Old Testament was a mere shadow of what heaven could provide, then we can have entire truck loads of living bread instead of little wafer-like manna. Heaven's bread is to be in the presence of him who is the ingredients for the bread of miracles. God has left for us at the very door of our lives an invitation to a feast of unbelievable apportionments that we need to hunger and thirst after. We must refuse to be satisfied with the common and ordinary. God has called us to the dimensions of the exceptional.

I have arisen with healing in my wings. Go forth as a grown calf of the stall. The energy of the word within you shall tread down the wicked devices. The works of the wicked shall not stand, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet. The Sun of righteousness has arisen, and the breath of my sun causes new growth in the body of Christ. Those being born into Christ must be loved as you love your own soul. Go and proclaim the need of friendship born of the Sun of righteousness and growing with the love of the Christ. Proclaim a love that is willing to strip self of its robe that it might be given to his brother. Many have garments, possessions, and many things. You will remain heavy in the journey until you have stripped yourself of your gain and shared it with your brother. You have not been defeated in your past battles. Others have strengthened you when you were weak. Behold the multitudes that come against the weak. Cry out for help, and strengthen your brothers and sisters. I have called you friend. I am the God of heaven that rules all the kingdoms of the earth. In my hand is power and might, and no one is able to withstand me. Though your friends are weak, my covenant is strong. Offer praise unto me. Come. Let us go and drive out the evil that has sought to destroy those who are weak in friendship.

RE: RHEMA - Abundant Thanksgiving in a City of Refuge

Cities of refuge protected those who had not intended evil toward others but found themselves in the midst of pursuit of blood avengers. We have an enemy who is a liar and a murderer. He is a slanderer and libeler. Everything he instigates is filled with destruction. We are hidden by the blood of Jesus in the safety of his pavilion of grace. It is not a small place of provision but a city of celestial dimensions. We who realize the blessing of this grace are a never ceasing fountain of thanksgiving. Spontaneous praise is the ordained strength that God had placed in us. Yet, it is more than one fountain. Thanksgiving is the source of deep rivers of revelation. Thanksgiving will open the curtains of the deepest mysteries of the universe. As we unfold the curtains in the picture windows of revelation, we will peer deeper and wider into the grace that has been given us. We were once in pits, but now we are in palaces of princes. We cannot be arrested by sickness, fear, or torment when we are in the city of his protection. Panic may play its games just outside the gate, but the gatekeeper will never let him in. Our life may be filled with things that roll out like a wilderness before us, but God will place his throne and city of power in the middle of our path. Just when the enemy thought he had us trapped, we will get a ride on Elijah's chariot to safety. When God sent the first chariot to pick up the prophet, he started a taxi service that has never ended.

Do not labor for the wind. You came forth of your mother’s womb naked, and naked shall you return to go as you came. You shall take nothing of your labor that you may carry away in your hand. Do not labor for the meat that perishes. I give to every man a portion. Every man to whom I have given riches and wealth should rejoice in his labor, for it is all the gift of God. Trust in me always, for neither your silver nor your gold shall be able to deliver you in the day of my wrath.

I praise you my Lord and King. You are the provider of strength and power that is needed everyday of my life. You have provided me with the manna from heaven, the Rhema word of life. It is what I need to be a successful overcomer. I am grateful that you provide me with a nine course meal everyday that I may be fed the spiritual minerals for my new man that is created in righteousness and true holiness.  This meal will give me the strength to love, to have faith in your promises, to enjoy the peace that you bring, and to understand your goodness that I may walk in your gentleness. I am thankful that you have planned my meals and that they were not selected by my own desires and cravings. The living word is revitalizing me and change is taking place.  I thank you for making the transformation in my life. I give you praise.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - October 3, 2007

Seven feasts a year were the high points of the year for Israel. It began with the Passover or celebrating the blood of deliverance in their lives. Each year ended with the feast of tabernacles that God reminded them that he was their Mishkan or tabernacle in the wilderness. When we look at Boaz and Ruth, we see the fulfillment of the feast of tabernacles that left the corners of the field for the poor and the stranger. Ruth who was from Moab was considered a stranger and foreigner. When she went to Boaz, she had gleaned literally during the feast of weeks of Pentecost that included the barley harvest. She was given six more measures that were significant of all the other feasts. Proof of this is in Galatians 3:14 where the Gentiles receive the promises of Abraham through the one promise of the Spirit. We are rejoicing that the feast of Pentecost really brings us all the others to enjoy.
