The People of God Are a City Protected by God with Power to Dry Up the Flood of the Last Days

I am the Lord and I do not change. Though men change, I do not. My word is sure and steadfast. It is forever settled in heaven. You can count on my word, for it is inevitable. My word is gone out of my mouth and will not return to me empty or void. I have brought you the bread of the morning, your daily bread. Eat and be nourished. Eat and be satisfied. An enemy has attempted to beguile you. Do not be beguiled. The bread that I have given is the manna of the last days. There is a famine of the hearing of the words of God, but I have prepared you a table full of manna. Eat and become strong. I have chosen you to feed the children the bread of the last days. Do not doubt the words that you hear in your ears, for they are the words of the Father. Man did not call you. Man did not choose you. I called and chose you for my own purpose and according to my own will. You did not author this relationship. I did. Now do not doubt. Simply believe.

Do not be frightened because of the terror of men. I am inside of you to answer them. It will not be you that speaks, but I will speak through you. I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. You were selected by the foreordination of God Almighty. Prepare yourself to speak all of the words that I give you. Do not be afraid of the faces of men, for I am with you to deliver you out of every snare of man. I have touched your mouth with a fresh touch of the anointing and placed fresh words in your mouth. Go and root out, pull down, destroy, throw down, build and plant. I have given this power to the prophets of the last days. Jeremiah is not here any longer, but I am the Spirit that was speaking in him. I am the same, yesterday, today and forever. I am speaking in men to perform the things that I will. I am hastening my word to perform all that I have planned.

I am against the false teachers of the hour. I will hasten my judgment upon them, and they shall be destroyed, for they are causing my people to err. I have said that the gates of hell will not prevail against my church. Though the enemy has sent a flood of evil against my body, the enemy will not triumph over it. I have lifted up a standard against the enemy. Draw out your sword and swing it valiantly. Do not be dismayed at the faces of those who seem to be. Gather those whom the spirit of prophecy is in together and speak against this flood. Dry it up with the words of your mouths. I have made the prophets of the last days a city protected by God. I have made them iron pillars and brazen walls. The enemies of prophecy shall gather themselves together to fight against you. They shall open their mouths against you to discredit you, but they shall not prevail against you, for I am with you to deliver you. Do not be afraid. Go and dry up the flood with the words of your mouths.

The flood of Noah had no power over the ark that was prepared to save Noah and his family. Moses’ ark of the covenant was the deliverance for Israel when it came to the flooded Jordan. A memorial was built with twelve stones out of the riverbed of the impossible and set on the banks of the miraculous. Over 500 years later, on Carmel fire fell from heaven and dried up the flood of Baal worship that had drown the entire nation of Israel. We are that which has been built on a rock and the floods of this world will not overflow us. God's word swallowed up the threats of Sennacherib with the actions of one angel. We have hosts of angels that are running to fulfill God's word. Floods of Assyrian destruction were swallowed up in one day by the words of the promise of bread by the prophet. All the doubters were consumed in the promise kept. Our words need to never cease being spoken as we are inspired by the Spirit.

Its light shall be your refuge. Put up your sword to defend yourself. If you live by it, you will perish by it. I brought you to this place to live and give life. Will you halt here to bite with others?

Cease defending yourself and the truth of the spirit of prophecy that is within you. It will speak and stand for itself. Go preach the living word. It will not fail. Abraham believed in my voice. Now you believe in it, and the righteousness imputed shall make your prayers effectual. I am your defense. I am your counselor. Accept my counsel unto you. You are not alone. Only believe.

RE: RHEMA - The Mantle of the Prophet and the Dreamer’s Clothes Are Given to You

Not only does the Lord give unto us the garments of praise and the robe of righteousness, but he also desires to lay prophetic mantles and robes of dreams upon us. Anointing breaks the yokes of the past and the curses that seem to run us down and try to hold us down. Prophetic anointing brings a liberty that breaks the curses of poverty and impoverished spiritual existence. Prophetic words in the time of Gideon helped Israel to break the empty pitcher syndrome. God will always, under the anointing of prophecy and dreams, flatten the empty vessels we hold and turn them into platters of power overflowing with the fruits of righteousness. The weakness in men's kingdoms is the door it leaves open for the enemy to come in and leave us stripped and spoiled by marauding spirits of fear. Spiritual apparel will identify the prophets and seers of this hour and cause us to be joined together in bonds of the Spirit. Joseph was despised for his dreams by his own family. Prophets have always been severely persecuted for their determined missions. They have been sawn asunder and put in the prison's sewer system. We may feel that we have been placed on the garbage pile of people’s comments and treatment. In the end of it all, the prophets will stand in regal clothing of the eternal kingdom. Those who have ridiculed and rejected the words of the prophet will stand with their broken lives in hands that cannot hold it all together. Prophets will be crowned with the crown of creative power and will be the ones called after God's own heart.

O Lord, I am thankful because you are my Rock, a sure foundation and the floods of this world will not overflow me. I am so grateful that your word swallows up all the threats that may come my way with the actions of one angel. It is refreshing to know that I have hosts of angels that are running to fulfill your word in my life. By your grace, I will not cease to speak your word as I am inspired by your Spirit. I am indebted to you because of your great love toward me. I bless your name, Hallelujah!

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - October 13, 2007

Jesus was the Rock that followed them in the wilderness. He was in the pillar of fire and over the mercy seat. His unchangeableness as the Rock never changed as he became a fire or a cloud. Whatever need may present itself in our lives, the Rock just becomes the answer or the supply. Some spoke against Moses, but the One in the rock caused his rod to bud and bear almonds. Other rods were dead. Dead sticks of spiritually dead people are not a threat to those who faithfully speak God's word.
