Words
of Light Upon the Face of Hindrances
To Prophecy
January
5, 2005
The Lord made today. I will be glad in the day that he has made.
I rejoice greatly, for he has awakened me in a right mind. He
has given me a mind to worship him, my King. I bowed my knees
to him. He gave me humility so that I might humble myself before
him. I have shown reverence, respect, honor, and trust in God.
I did not do this of myself. I can of myself do nothing. God
has given me all things that pertain unto godliness. He works
in me at all times, both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
He has given the people one heart to do his commandments by
the word of the Lord and ordained peace for them. His law is
in their inward parts. It is written in their hearts. He is
their God, and they are his people. His fear is in their hearts,
and they will not depart from him. What I have received, was
given by God from heaven. I have sufficiency. It is not of me;
therefore, I do not think anything is of myself. My sufficiency
is of him. He has made me an able minister of the New Testament,
not of the letter but of the spirit, for the letter kills, but
the spirit gives life. Every good gift and every perfect gift
is from above. It comes down from God, with whom is no variableness,
neither shadow of turning.
God
was with the Jewish fathers. He is with me. I am Christ's seed;
therefore, I am Abraham's seed and an heir according to the
promise. The Lord will never leave me, nor forsake me. I may
incline my heart unto him, I choose to walk in all his ways
and keep his commandments and judgments that he has commanded
me. He has turned my eyes away from vanity and quickened me
in the right way. His word is established in me, and reproach
is turned away. The word of truth is in my mouth. Now I allow
it to speak through me.
Every
way of a man is right in his own eyes. God has given me his
eyes, for he is my head. Now I may see things as he desires
me to see them. I will not seek the things that are after my
own heart. If I do, I will not do justice and judgment in an
acceptable way. I will look through his eyes. He is my head.
If I allow him to work in me, I will always do the right thing.
The Lord is rich in mercy. He has quickened me together with
Christ, raised me up together, and made me sit together in heavenly
places in Christ Jesus. The exceeding riches of his grace are
shown to me by his kindness toward me, for by grace, I am saved
through faith and that not of myself. It is the gift of God,
not of works. If it is of works, then I could boast. He justified
me by grace. Now I am an heir according to the hope of eternal
life.
God
has enclosed me with curtains of grace. I elect not to open
these curtains, or I will feel the accusations of condemnation.
I will remain veiled by grace, and victory is always certain.
Many are condemned because they have disclosed their hiding
place by opening the curtains of grace to walk after their own
righteousness. The heat of condemnation cannot find me as long
as I remain hidden behind grace. I am concealed, and there is
no condemnation as long as I walk after the spirit. Outside
of grace, my nakedness is uncovered. I purpose to remain in
the secret of grace.

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
