God's Companionship and Deliverance while Going through the Fire and the Flood (PART 1)

By Moses Hightower

I have cut off the ungodly and given the wealth of the sinner to you. I prepared you a way and sent you to a place of refuge. In this house of refuge, you have life. Do not ponder the mystery of this grace unto you, but simply believe. As I made a way for the lightning of the thunder, so has a decree been made for you. Grace has always been yours, even in your times of serious inquiry. You have inquired of me and asked, "How can these things be?"

Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?

Do you have understanding?

Who laid the measures thereof if you know? Or who has stretched the line upon it?

Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? Or who laid the cornerstone thereof when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? Or who shut up the sea with doors when it broke forth as if it had issued out of the womb?

When I made the clouds the garments thereof and thick darkness a swaddling-band for it, and brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors, and said, “Hitherto shall you come, but no further: and here shall your proud waves be stayed?”

Have the gates of death been opened unto you? Or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death?

Give your ear to me and my law. Incline your ears to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth and speak plain. I will make clear the dark sayings of old and will not hide them from you. I am furnishing you a table in the wilderness of impossibility. In the place where many have tempted me and received the meat of lust and covetousness, I am causing the rock of impossibility to furnish you with fresh waters and fresh streams. I am giving you the bread of deliverance instead of the fire of my anger. I have commanded the clouds of discouragement and opened unto you the doors of encouragement. I have rained down Rhema for you to eat and given you the corn of spiritual preservation. You are eating angel's food. Be content with this food for angels. Allow its freshness and completeness to fill you instead of your own desires. I have not left you in the land of lust and pride. I have cleaned your mouth of the meat of spiritual death and given you a mouth filled with the fresh word of God.

Covetousness, Discouragement, Enemies, Impossibility, Lust, Pride, Misunderstanding, and Sorrow (PART 1)

By Linda Galati

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."

The Lord has cut off the ungodly and given the wealth of the sinner to me. He prepared me a way and sent me to a place of refuge. In this house of refuge, I have life. I will not ponder the mystery of this grace unto me, but I simply believe.  As he made a way for the lightning of the thunder, so has a decree been made for me. Grace has always been mine, even in my times of serious inquiry. I have inquired of God and asked, "How can these things be?"

I did not yet exist when the Lord laid the foundations of the earth. My understanding is small and very limited.  God laid the measures thereof and has stretched the line upon it. I do not know where the foundations thereof are fastened. God laid the cornerstone thereof when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy. He also shut up the sea with doors when it broke forth as if it had issued out of the womb. When he made the clouds the garments thereof and thick darkness a swaddling-band for it and brake up for it his decreed place and set bars and doors, and he said, “Hitherto shall you come, but no further: and here shall your proud waves be stayed”, I was nowhere around.

The gates of death have not been opened unto me. I have not seen the doors of the shadow of death. I give my ear to Jesus and his law. I incline my ears to the words of his mouth. He will open his mouth and speak plain. He will make clear the dark sayings of old and will not hide them from me.  He is furnishing me a table in the wilderness of impossibility. In the place where many have tempted him and received the meat of lust and covetousness, the Lord is causing the rock of impossibility to furnish me with fresh waters and fresh streams. He is giving me the bread of deliverance instead of the fire of his anger. He has commanded the clouds of discouragement and opened unto me the doors of encouragement. He has rained down Rhema for me to eat and given me the corn of spiritual preservation. I am eating angel's food; therefore, I will be content with this food for angels. I allow its freshness and completeness to fill me instead of my own desires, for God has not left me in the land of lust and pride.  He has cleaned my mouth of the meat of spiritual death and given me a mouth filled with the fresh word of God.

RE: RHEMA - God's Companionship and Deliverance while Going through the Fire and the Flood (PART 1)

Behind the shadows of extreme difficulty and impossible questions are the leaping answers that will shatter the night with their jubilant announcements. Fire and flood are the chariots that God rides on to come to the assistance of his servants.  When Job's trials had overwhelmed him and everybody including Job had their say, God spoke to Job for four entire chapters about creation.  It soon became obvious that Job had spoken in error of things too wonderful for him to understand.  When we feel that we are about to be consumed or washed away, we need to realize that the curtains of the drama of redemption are about to open to a production of heaven's power that will sweep us up above the flood and fire into the majesty of the Almighty.  Job saw the graphic beauty of creation sweep the sky of his pain and replace it with the canvas of written power.  John, after being boiled in oil and exiled on Patmos, lifted his face from the sandy granite hardness of isolation and saw the One who took him and the church in one hand and with the other hand opened the doors of time and carried them into an eternity where no harsh hands would ever inflict suffering on his body again. Daniel, as he wept for home, saw the Builder of the houses of eternity push down kingdoms and build temples and kingdoms that only kings could dream of.  All of our dreams and hopes are dancing on the surface of the waves of a flood and the flickering fire.

If you do not have faith to say unto yourself, "Watch," how will you say unto the sycamine tree, "Be thou plucked up by the root and be planted in the sea"?

Arise and worship out of a love for me and not out of duty. Do you love me?

Then keep my words. I will come unto you continually if you love me and keep my sayings. These words that you are hearing are the words of the Father who lives inside of you. Be thankful that you are called and chosen. Now be faithful.

If I do not have faith to say unto myself, "Watch," then I will not be able to say unto the sycamine tree, "Be thou plucked up by the root and be planted in the sea." I arise and worship out of a love for God and not out of duty. I truly love the Lord, and I will keep his words. He will come unto me continually if I love him and keep his sayings. These words that I am hearing are the words of the Father who lives inside of me. I am thankful that I am called and chosen; therefore, I will be faithful.

RE: RHEMA - The Undergirding Hand of Love in the Tidal Wave of Criticism

Our Lord was criticized and misunderstood by the masses. Great minds and spirits have always been misunderstood by little minds and spirits. His love reached into the depths of destruction and brought us out, and he will not allow the waves of public opinion to drown our inspiration or dreams.  His mighty voice is greater than that of any intimidation that would try to contradict the prophetic utterances that God has given. We will not be distracted by the voices of doubt or debate. Those who rise to cast us down to defeat will fall on the slippery path of their own words. We will stand on the bed rock of the forever settled word that has spoken anew and afresh to us.

I was praying and the Lord spoke and said,

"I have never left you in a position that I did not overwhelmingly deliver you. I am still the God of the baskets full of leftovers after miracles. I will load you down with my benefits. No thief or trespasser will be able to steal or take your blessing and supply. I am better than a performance bond. You will never have to look around for a way to make my promises good. I have more promises in my extra closet of overflow than your biggest dream can hold. So do not fear to dream and see yourself receiving the abundance of victory that you have prayed for."

(Continued)

The accuser of the brethren is a ruthless prosecutor. I have taken the stand on your behalf. I am the Faithful Witness. I am in you to give my own testimony for you. I am present to give the testimony of Jesus Christ on behalf of those redeemed by precious blood and forgiven of their sins. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

412.    If you cast aside the spirit of prophecy, how will you hear my testimony?

I know that you are guilty and so is every man.

413.    Who is he that is without sin?

Lord, I give you thanks today for your wisdom and revelation which have been given through the prophetic word. I am relieved that there is no need to fear my current situation because I know that behind the shadows of extreme difficulty and impossible questions are the leaping answers that will shatter the night with their jubilant announcements. I now view the fire and flood as the chariots that you ride on to assist me.  During the times when I feel that I am about to be consumed or washed away, you come to my rescue and sweep me up above the flood and fire into your majesty. When Job's trials had overwhelmed him and everybody including Job had their say, you spoke to him at length about creation. Job saw the graphic beauty of creation sweep the sky of his pain and replace it with the canvas of written power.  John, after being boiled in oil and exiled on Patmos, lifted his face from the sandy granite hardness of isolation and saw you, the One who took him and the church in one hand and opened the doors of time and carried them into an eternity with the other. There, no harsh hands would ever inflict suffering on his body again. Daniel, as he wept for home, saw you, the Builder of the houses of eternity, push down kingdoms and build temples and kingdoms that only kings could dream of.  I am grateful for the lessons learned in these ensamples, and I am fully persuaded that all of my dreams and hopes are dancing on the surface of the waves of a flood and the flickering fire. I am comforted by your creative power.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - April 5, 2007

God's creative power is the boldest and most available statement that cannot be argued with what is available to man. It declares not only his endless power and Godhead, but it lets us know that the circumstances that we are in pale in comparison to the spheres and scales that God operates within every second.  God is so great that we cannot plot on any graph or scale of measure his all inclusive works. The more we discover, the more we hang our head in shame that we have not seen.  As we go deeper and higher in his great revelations, we begin to wonder if we know anything at all. All our expertise at explaining and reproducing in print and images of all kinds are mere shadows of his brilliant light. When Job finally beheld a little of what God was speaking to him about, he realized that in all his speaking that he was speaking of things too wonderful to understand. That same wonderful power stands underneath our faith as the firm foundation for anything we need to ask or believe God to do with an assurance that is unshakable!
