The Great Peace of Our Governor in the Time of War with Artists of Frustration (Part 1)
By
Moses Hightower

My kingdom shall not be destroyed. It is an everlasting kingdom. Of the increase of my government and peace, there shall be no end. Look within you, and behold how rich I have made you. The kingdom of God is within you. It did not come by observation. It came by grace. It is not meat and drink. It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. I am granting peace where the glory of the latter house is manifested. Behold the glory of this latter house. Behold its glory.
I have spoken peace unto you. Rejoice greatly, O people of God. Shout O people of my name. I have brought peace unto you in the time of war. There are earthquakes all over the world. Do not allow the sorrows in the earth to alarm you, neither allow these things to seize your faith. I have brought you out of the pit of fear by the blood of the covenant. The pits of fear have no water. Spiritual prisoners reside in pits of fear. Proclaim the truth unto the prisoners of hope, and they will turn to the strong hold of peace.
Emmanuel has come. The Governor and ruler of Israel has come. I have sent you forth as sheep among wolves. I will cause the blind to receive their sight among the wolves. Among the wolves, I will cause the lame to walk, the deaf to hear, and the dead to be raised. Among the wolves, the poor have the gospel preached unto them. Do not be offended in me and you will be blessed. Do not be shaken as a reed in the wind. The enemy has observed you and looked for reasons to discount your testimony. Clothe yourself with the garment of righteousness and the garment of praise. I have revealed truth unto you and hidden my secrets from the wise and prudent. I have delivered deep things unto you and revealed myself unto you. Come and receive of the rest that I am giving. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart. I have laid up rest for your souls. My yoke is easy and my burden is light. Why sit at the gate of peace and stare at the frustrating performances of the hour?
I am not the author of these confusing things. An enemy has sent these distractions. Offer praise and cast your cares upon me. Shout for joy and bring all your thoughts into my obedience. Do not allow your thoughts to become scapegoats in the wilderness of mental idleness. Do not allow your imaginations to dance to the tunes of the enemy's voices. Cast down the imaginations of unbelief. They are strongholds from the past. An enemy has attempted to rebuild bunkers from past defeats. The weapons of your warfare are mighty. I have sent my weapons and destroyed the strongholds in your memory. I am washing you in my blood and refreshing you in the Holy Ghost. Be renewed and spring forth with a focused mind that thinks on the things of God.

Bondage, Confusion, Destruction, Distraction, Fear, Frustration, Imaginations, and Mental Idleness (Part 1)
By Kenyetta Whitley

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."
The Lord’s kingdom shall not be destroyed. It is an everlasting kingdom. Of the increase of his government and peace, there shall be no end. I look within me and behold how rich God has made me. The kingdom of God is within me. It did not come by observation. It came by grace. It is not meat and drink. It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Jesus is granting peace where the glory of the latter house is manifested. I behold the glory of this latter house. I behold its glory.
Jesus has spoken peace unto me. I rejoice greatly, for I am a child of God and I shout with the voice of triumph unto his name. He has brought peace unto me in the time of war. There are earthquakes all over the world. I do not allow the sorrows in the earth to alarm me, neither do I allow these things to seize my faith. Jesus has brought me out of the pit of fear by the blood of the covenant. The pits of fear have no water. Spiritual prisoners reside in pits of fear. RE: RHEMA - The Great Peace of Our Governor in the Time of War with Artists of Frustration (Part 1)
Our weapons of warfare include a spiritual mind. Let this same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus is translated by some as arming ourselves with the mind of Christ. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to discipline our minds to think on the things that are true, honest, and of good report. Our God who is the ruler of peace is the one who has an impeccable record of keeping his word. We will inventory no other thoughts in our minds. A good report as opposed to an evil report is one of faith and victory. Prosperity in some places in the Hebrew means that we are guarded by God's security forces that he will finish the work that he has begun in us. As our great Shalom, he restores everything that the enemy has taken in the years of his attacks. Peace finishes every work just as it is said in Nehemiah 6:15, "So the wall was finished in fifty and two days." What a miracle against every kind of adversary within and without. The text reads in the Hebrew, “The wall was shalomed!” God will keep every promise and complete every work that he has spoken or begun in our lives.

Hear the voice of justice and judgment as it cried to taste your blood. Hear the voice of spirits in the halls of revenge as they cried out to have you listed with the damned. Hear the voice of jealousy as the accusers of mankind cried out to have you cast into the chambers of torment. If you had listened carefully with hearing ears, then you would know that all who are born shall die. A man is born of a woman and of a few days, yet all his days are full of trouble. I have assured you of an eternal existence of peace where there are no more days and nights. Time shall be no more, yet time in the dimension of time will present you with the opportunity to choose eternity in the light of love or in the darkness of the devil's judgment. As Moses went to Egypt and demanded the deliverance of Jacob's children, I have offered myself for your debts in sin's slavery camp and demanded your freedom from the cruel masters of bondage. Behold my cross of judgment for you again. Behold my blood for your redemption again. Behold my sufferings for you. Will you remain a captive when such an expensive offering has been given for your freedom?

RE: RHEMA - The Night of the Evening Time
God has the ability to compress time or to extend it. In the world of Joshua, the day was extended for the purpose of victory. God will place in the whirling minutes of time a day of victory at the evening time. We should be convinced that all the shadows of the evening are not of the impending destruction, but some are the approach of the greatest days of the church and the greatest revelation of Jesus Christ that we have ever seen. Night is come, but so is the morning. In the Jewish day, there is the fact that the day was declared as the evening and the morning were the first day. This means that the day ended with them looking into the face of the morning. Sodom and Gomorrah could have had another day if Abraham had not stopped with ten. Now the days of judgment are hurtling down on the same sins and arrogance. Night is about to fall on this world and gross darkness on its inhabitants. There are those that we need to take by the hand and lead them out of the cities of sin. Night has surely come, but so is the church that opens doors of deliverance and looks forth at the morning.

(Continued)
I am the one who justifies.
317. Who is he that will condemn you?
Look to the one who is making intercession for you. He died for you and is raised again. Now only believe that love is on your side and that nothing can separate you from the love of Christ. The Holy Ghost that is freely given to you sheds it abroad in your heart.
318. What value do you place on the Holy Ghost that resides in your body?
319. Then is there anything that I will not give unto you?

Lord, I take comfort in knowing that your kingdom will not be destroyed. It is an everlasting kingdom. Of the increase of your government and peace, there shall be no end. When I look within me, I rejoice at how rich you have made me. I am grateful for your kingdom that is within me. It did not come by observation. It came by grace. It is not meat and drink. It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Thank you for granting me peace where the glory of the latter house is manifested. I behold the glory of this latter house. I behold its glory.
I am honored that you have spoken peace unto me. I rejoice greatly, for I am your child. I shout with the voice of triumph unto your name. You have brought peace unto me in the time of war. There are earthquakes all over the world. I will not allow the sorrows in the earth to alarm me, neither do I allow these things to seize my faith. By grace, I will not be offended in you, and I will be blessed. I will not be shaken as a reed in the wind. The enemy has observed me and looked for reasons to discount my testimony. I am grateful for the garment of righteousness and the garment of praise you have clothed me with. I am amazed that you would reveal truth unto me yet hide your secrets from the wise and prudent. You have delivered deep things unto me and revealed yourself unto me. I come and receive of the rest that you are giving. I take your yoke upon me and learn of you, for you are meek and lowly in heart. I appreciate the rest that you have laid up for my soul. Your yoke is easy and your burden is light.

You are washing me in your blood and refreshing me in the Holy Ghost. I will be renewed and spring forth with a focused mind that thinks on the things that you impart.
There is blessed assurance in knowing that our weapons of warfare include a spiritual mind. I am comforted because you have armed me with your mind, the mind of Christ. By your grace, I will discipline my mind to think on the things that are true, honest, and of good report. I worship you, the one who is the ruler of peace and the one who has an impeccable record of keeping his word. I determine not to inventory any other thoughts in my mind. A good report as opposed to an evil report is one of faith and victory. Prosperity in some places in the Hebrew means that I am guarded by your security forces that will finish the work that you have begun in me. I reverence you as my great Shalom, who restores everything that the enemy has taken in the years of his attacks. Thank you for the revelation in the Hebrew text that declares, “The wall was shalomed!” I have faith that you will keep every promise and complete every work that you have spoken or begun in my life. For you are faithful.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - February 21, 2007
Isaiah 9:7 declares that the kingdom of God will be established upon the throne of David by the zeal of the Lord of hosts. We are instructed to pray for his kingdom to come. If it is to be accomplished by the zeal of the Lord, then why do we pray for it? We are speaking and agreeing with the very thing that God has already said would come to pass and thus releasing the power of the spoken word. Isaiah 55:11 declares that the word of the Lord will accomplish the very purpose that God has sent it for. Evil men will try to explain it away, and scoffers will mock at the declaration of a prophetic ministry. All of their mockery and negative speaking will not take away one letter of its fulfillment. We have the peace and assurance that God will keep his promises. Peace in the Hebrew language is not just the absence of conflict. It has to do with restoration and completion. When Solomon finished the temple in II Kings 9:25, it is the word shalom. Isaiah 60:22 and Jeremiah 1:12 speak of God hastening his word to accomplish it. In the original language, hasten means to watch over and eagerly and excitedly hasten to bring it to pass. We will rejoice in the God of express delivery of his word. We will not allow our ears and minds to become storage places for the reports of failure, but we will keep faith's good reports on instant recall!.
