The Light of Goodness and Mercy in the Chamber of Judgment and the Face of Dark Shadows of Fear (Part 2)
By
Moses Hightower

I did not forsake you when you stumbled. I am the Everlasting Father. I am the Father of spirits and the Father of lights. I do not forsake those who stumble, but I grant them grace in my sight. I have called you by name and allowed my goodness to pass before you; therefore, go and proclaim the name of the Lord before you. Go and show forth praise, for I have been gracious unto you. I have shown you mercy. I am God, and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious and will show mercy to whom I will show mercy. Declare my grace to those who have stumbled instead of judgment. How will you escape the judgment of God if you are not merciful?
Do not despise the riches of my goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering. The goodness of God is what leads the people to repentance. Where is the sound of goodness among the people?
Where is the sound of goodness, which should be in the mouths of the priest?
Open your mouth and declare my goodness. If my goodness were cut off from the people, then how would they find repentance?
Shove contention far from you. Cleave unto obedience of the truth. Disobey unrighteousness, indignation, wrath, tribulation, and anguish. These things come upon every soul that does evil. Work good, then glory, honor, and peace shall come upon your soul. Your flesh has waged war against you. It has leaped as a wild stallion to manifest its works. The spirit has waged war against the flesh, and the fruit that is above the law has strengthened you to endure unto the crucifixion of the flesh with its affections and lusts. You are abiding at the table prepared before you. Eat the fruit of the Spirit. Gaze upon judgment and its justifiable fist. Eat love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Show mercy unto others, and you shall behold mercy rejoice against judgment. You were a miserable wretch. You were wicked and unclean. You were guilty before me. I forgave you although you were not of the household of faith. I withheld punishment and kept you from bondage and hell. I have also granted you more mercy to help you with the circumstances beyond your control. I am compassionate and merciful. Go and be as I am unto you.

Contention, Destruction, Distraction, Fear, Judgment, and Stumbling (Part 2)
By Debbie McBee

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light."
The Lord did not forsake me when I stumbled. He is the everlasting Father, the Father of spirits, and the Father of lights. He does not forsake those who stumble, but he grants them grace in his sight. He has called me by name and allowed his goodness to pass before me; therefore, I will go and proclaim the name of the Lord before me. I will go and show forth praise, for he has been gracious unto me. He has shown me mercy, for he is my God. He will be gracious to whom he will be gracious, and he will show mercy to whom he will show mercy. I will declare his grace instead of judgment to those who have stumbled. I will not escape the judgment of God if I am not merciful. I purpose not to despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering. The goodness of God is what leads the people to repentance. The sound of goodness should be heard everywhere among the people.
The sound of goodness should be in the mouths of the priests. I will open my mouth and declare his goodness. If his goodness were cut off from the people, then they would not find repentance. I am determined to shove contention far from me. I must cleave unto obedience of the truth. I will disobey unrighteousness, indignation, wrath, tribulation, and anguish. These things come upon every soul that does evil. By the grace of God, I will work good, then glory, honor, and peace shall come upon my soul. My flesh has waged war against me. It has leaped as a wild stallion to manifest its works. The Spirit has waged war against the flesh, and the fruit that is above the law has strengthened me to endure unto the crucifixion of the flesh with its affections and lusts. I am abiding at the table prepared before me. I eat the fruit of the Spirit, and I gaze upon judgment and its justifiable fist. I choose to eat love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Now I will show mercy unto others, and I shall behold mercy rejoice against judgment. I was a miserable wretch. I was wicked and unclean. I was guilty before God, and he forgave me although I was not of the household of faith. He withheld punishment and kept me from bondage and hell. He has also granted me more mercy to help me with the circumstances beyond my control. The Lord is compassionate and merciful; therefore, I will go and be as he is unto me.

RE: RHEMA - The Light of Goodness and Mercy in the Chamber of Judgment and the Face of Dark Shadows of Fear (Part 2)
As the early figures of scripture found grace in the sight of God, so have we. We have been held up to the light of his inspection covered with the blood of his atonement and viewed through the lens of grace. To find grace in the sight of God in the Hebrew mind was to be held up before his face and his face to shine upon you so radiantly that your countenance would shine also. It was to designate one as a favorite child of our Father. This would never place us in an unfavorable light. He has not come to embarrass us or expose our flaws. His mercy has come to cover our shame with his glory. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God, even after we have been saved. Does his mercy and forgiveness change? NO! NO! NO! A thousand times no! We need to eat of the table that mercy and goodness have prepared for us in the very face of every accuser. We must not eat of the tables of judgment and condemnation. Forgiveness and pardon have flowed abundantly in our lives. As we embrace others, we must allow the overflow of grace to wash away the shame and disgrace from their lives.

Allow the waters of life to bring death to self, and then will these same waters lift you unto life with me. The waters that drowned all who were disobedient in the days of Noah also saved Noah and his family. They were saved by water, for the waters of the flood lifted them above the judgment that was in the water. I have come and offered to lift you from the fire of judgment by offering you the Holy Ghost and fire to lift you from the fire of hell's judgment. Wade into the waters of baptism, and the fire of love shall lift you from the judgment that is the fire of hell. I have said, "He who believes and is baptized shall be saved, but he who does not believe shall be damned." My love has stretched forth its arms for you as I have already manifested the fruit of faith to strengthen you that you may be able to hear and obey.

RE: RHEMA - The Night of the Last Days Through the Lens of Prophecy
Prophecy equips us with the perfect frame of reference to view the last days through. We are not looking at the famine, the earthquakes, the floods, or the disease, but we are looking at the One who has all power over the events of time. In the midst of trouble, there was a blessing on Israel in the land of Goshen. While a flood swallowed up the world, there was plenty on the ark. Naomi fled the famine and found worse. We should not look for what to flee from but who to flee to. Gainsayers and false prophets will mock and scoff at the promise of bread aplenty at a time when many thought of eating babies. There will be a stampede for the plenty that God will provide and these mockers will be run over. Our God is the God who gives in plenty to his people in the wilderness. The world may seem empty on its table, but this is the perfect setting for him to give us abundance in the face of ambivalence. We are not looking for a smoking ruin, but we shall behold the skies running over with the glory of his coming.

I did not spare my own Son. I delivered him up for all of you.
315. Who will persuade me to not give you all things with the Son that I offered?
An enemy has accused you. You are among the elect of God.
316. Who shall lay anything to your charge?

Lord, I thank you this morning, for you did not forsake me when I stumbled. You are the everlasting Father, the Father of spirits and the Father of lights. I rejoice in the knowledge that you do not forsake those who stumble, but in your love you grant more grace in your sight. You have called me by name and allowed your goodness to pass before me; therefore, I will go and proclaim your name before me. I will go and show forth praise, for you have been gracious unto me. You have shown me mercy, and I am so grateful. You are my God, and you will be gracious to whom you will be gracious, and you will show mercy to whom you will show mercy. I will declare your grace instead of judgment to those who have stumbled. I will not escape your judgment if I am not merciful; therefore, I purpose not to despise the riches of your goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering. Your goodness is what leads me to repentance. The sound of goodness should be heard everywhere among the people, and it should be in the mouths of the priests.
I will open my mouth and declare your goodness. I acknowledge that I would not find repentance if I were cut off from your goodness I am overwhelmed by your grace that allows me to shove contention far from me. I must continually cleave unto obedience of the truth and disobey unrighteousness, indignation, wrath, tribulation, and anguish. These things come upon every soul that does evil. By your grace, I will work good, and then glory, honor, and peace shall come upon my soul. My flesh has waged war against me. It has leaped as a wild stallion to manifest its works, yet I give you thanks that the Spirit has waged war against the flesh. I am overjoyed that the fruit that is above the law has strengthened me to endure unto the crucifixion of the flesh with its affections and lusts. I am abiding at the table prepared before me. I eat the fruit of the Spirit as I gaze upon judgment and its justifiable fist. With a song in my heart, I choose to eat love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Now I will show mercy unto others, and I shall behold mercy rejoice against judgment. I was a miserable wretch. I was wicked and unclean. I was guilty before you and yet you forgave me although I was not of the household of faith. You, O Lord, withheld punishment and kept me from bondage and hell. I highly esteem you today because you have granted me more mercy to help me with the circumstances beyond my control. You are compassionate and merciful. Now, I will go and be as you are unto me.
As the early figures of scripture found grace in your sight, so have I found grace, and I give you praise. I have been held up to the light of your inspection covered with the blood of your atonement and have been viewed through the lens of grace. I adore you and I embrace the thought that finding grace in your sight in the Hebrew mind was to be held up before your face. For your face would shine upon me so radiantly that my countenance would also shine as one designated as a favored child. I am indebted to you because you would not place me in an unfavorable light. You have not come to embarrass me or expose my flaws, but your mercy has come to cover my shame with your glory.
I acknowledge that I have sinned and come short of your glory even after I have been saved. If asked if your mercy and forgiveness will change, I can thankfully answer, “NO! NO! NO! A thousand times no!” You have shown me my need to continually eat from the table that mercy and goodness have prepared for me in the very face of every accuser. By grace, I am determined not to eat of the tables of judgment and condemnation. I am overwhelmed by your forgiveness and your pardon that have flowed abundantly into my life. As I embrace others, I must allow the overflow of your grace to wash away the shame and disgrace from their lives. I give you praise.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - February 20, 2007
Grace is the anthem of the composer and the lyrics of the singer. Judgment is the death liturgy of the condemned. Dungeons of fear and guilt are the torture cells of death. Life is the wind of the heights as grace pervades the atmosphere. Condemnation is the cruel march of the self-righteous. Grace gives wings to the brokenhearted. Grace heals the weary mind and the thirsty spirit. Failure's phantoms come with their arrest warrants, but our Righteous Judge has already pardoned us before they could seize us. Grace plays its symphony of freedom as we dance in the light of forgiveness. God's face shines on us with the sunlight of grace's approval. Everyone around us should be the benefactors of the overflow of the immense opulence of grace's tidal wave of cleansing.
