The Framework of Love, a Yoke that Navigates Us unto the Green Pastures of Peace

By Moses Hightower

I have made my yoke available unto you. Take it upon you and learn of me.  As you learn of me, the desire for lowliness and meekness shall flourish and rest shall be your reward.  Do not struggle with the unnecessary burdens carried by so many. They have taken unto themselves another yoke and are made to bear heavy loads. I have supplied grace to follow me. The enemy will place his yoke upon you if you allow him.  Do not be joined to him by the collar of unbelief. The burden of an evil heart that promotes departure from me is given to everyone that wears his collar. His collar is an unequal yoke designed to steer you away from love. I have offered you my yoke.  It is a frame that is designed so that your load will be light and that the steering of your life would rest in the hands of love. You are steered by love, so do not despise the constraints that are for your benefit. You are given rest from the many days of adversity. Rest here in my easy yoke while the pit is dug for the wicked that oppress you.  I will not cast off my people. They are my inheritance and I am their help. Your soul is dwelling in silence.  You have looked backward and beheld how your foot was slipping. Behold how my mercy held you up and my voice of comfort delighted your soul.  It is evening time.  I have given rest in the light of the evening.  As an animal that has labored hard, I give you a space in my green pastures; therefore, submit to my constraining love and lie down to rest awhile in new pastures of peace. Look away from the battle, and look unto the victory already won by your burden-bearer.

Adversity, Burdens, Confusion, Oppression, and Unbelief

RE: RHEMA - The Framework of Love, a Yoke that Navigates Us unto the Green Pastures of Peace

Jesus Christ has already defeated many things that we wrestle with. He told us not to fear, for he had already overcome the enemy. We have not received the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. As we walk in the spirit of power, there is no place for fear to find a residence in our lives. Fear is a trespasser and intruder. Jesus Christ establishes us as a pillar in his temple, and the wicked one touches us not. We are led to rest in the green pastures of his love. He takes us away from the struggle of the battle and causes us to relax in his abundant provision. Our beloved feeds us beside his tent at noon day, and we lay down in his reassuring arms at night. There we do not hear the sounds of conflict but the comforting tones of mercy and compassion charting our journey. He did not place upon us a yoke of struggle but one that is easy. We rest in him as we cease from our struggles and allow his love to labor in us

A man destined to hang for his crimes has no peace outside of me. He may quote many scriptures, but unless the Spirit of the word abides in him, then there is no peace. There is no peace unto the wicked. Peace eludes even those who give their lives in the name of peace. I am Shiloh, the Peace-Bringer. I bought your peace as I took your place at the judgment hall of righteousness. Your peace has been paid for by holy and precious blood. The price for your freedom was a precious price. You must acknowledge the preciousness of the sacrifice for you, lest you lose gratitude in the parlors of self-righteousness.

RE: RHEMA - The Tracks of Redemption Along the Path of Cross-Bearing

We have been seated at the table of victory. Our diet should never be received from the table of defeat. Defeat and despair are the kitchens that supply much of the world's menu. We have a continual feast of fat things because he has prepared his feast, and it always has living bread in abundance on the table that makes the hearts of men glad. The one who has redeemed us will never leave us to be poisoned by the spoiled food of this world. Our confidence in ourselves will always cause us to have spiritual indigestion. His promises are the predigested honey in our mouth. His pathway led him through storms and difficulties with his disciples, but he emphasized over and over again that he would be with them, and they would be victorious on the other side. Although it seems that it is not a time to shout on this side of the shadow of our tests and trials, we can rejoice because the one who walked the path of suffering for us has already been tempted in all points as we have been. Our cross is not a symbol or piece of art or jewelry. Our cross is the killing of self that resides in our flesh. Our flesh will always contend to be its own god. Our sufferings and trials are to crucify this disorderly resident. As we slay the flesh, the faith of the Lord that lives in this temple will illuminate the house with brilliant rainbows of provision already provided.

(Continued)

Many are sorrowful because they have transgressed my commandments. Their hour has come to be delivered, and now shall their sorrow be turned unto joy. A woman when she is in travail has sorrow because her hour is come, but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she does not remember the anguish any more because of the joy that a child is born into the world.

305. If the children of God are delivered, then why are so many anguishing?

Do not be beguiled by this spirit of error. You are of God, and you hear my words. Those who are not of God will hear the voice of this crafty spirit, for it is the voice of their father, the devil. Do not be enticed by the voice of this murderer. He does not dwell in the truth because there is no truth in him. He is a liar and the father of it. Continue in faith, charity, and holiness, and you will not be snared by his subtlety. He will deceive the whole world. He is the accuser of the brethren. He accuses them before me day and night. Rise up with a good confession of faith, and overcome him by the blood of Jesus and the word of your testimony. This spirit takes advantage of those who lose the focus of their faith. Do not lose the focus of faith.

306. Who are you focusing on?

307. What are you focusing on?

Jesus, I am grateful that you have made your yoke available unto me. I will take it upon myself and learn of you. It brings me joy to know that as I learn of you, the desire for lowliness and meekness shall flourish, and rest shall be my reward.  Because of your grace, I will not struggle with the unnecessary burdens carried by so many. They have taken unto themselves another yoke and are made to bear heavy loads. Thank you for supplying me with the grace to follow you. The enemy will place his yoke upon me if I allow him. I will not be joined to him by the collar of unbelief. The burden of an evil heart that promotes departure from the Lord is given to everyone that wears the enemy’s collar. His collar is an unequal yoke designed to steer me away from love. I appreciate the yoke that you have offered me, Lord. It is a frame that is designed so that my load will be light and that the steering of my life would rest in your hands of love. I rejoice over the fact that I am steered by love, so I do not despise the constraints that are for my benefit.

I worship you as you give me rest from the many days of adversity.  I rest here in your easy yoke while the pit is dug for the wicked that oppress me. There is comfort in knowing that you will not cast off your people. We are your inheritance and you are our help.  My soul is dwelling in silence.  I have looked backward and beheld how my foot was slipping. I give thanks as I behold how your mercy held me up and your voice of comfort delighted my soul. It is evening time. You have given rest in the light of the evening.  As an animal that has labored hard, you have given me a space in your green pastures; therefore, I submit to your constraining love and lie down to rest in new pastures of peace.  I look away from the battle and look unto the victory already won by my burden-bearer.

I sing your praises knowing that you have already defeated many things that we wrestle with.  In times past, you told us not to fear, for you had already overcome the enemy.  I have not received the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.  Thank you for showing me that as we walk in the spirit of power, there is no place for fear to find residence in my life.  Fear is a trespasser and intruder.  I am so glad that you established me as a pillar in your temple that the wicked one will not touch. I am led to rest in the green pastures of your love.  I am overwhelmed by your love that takes me away from the struggle of the battle and causes me to relax in your abundant provision. As my beloved, you feed me beside your tent at noon day, and I lay down in your reassuring arms at night.  There I do not hear the sounds of conflict but the comforting tones of mercy and compassion charting our journey.  I give you glory for not placing a yoke of struggle upon me but one that is easy.  I rest in you as I cease from my struggles and allow your love to labor in me.  I rejoice in your love and I am overjoyed because of your goodness.

RE: PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING - February 16, 2007

We have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear. Perfect love casteth out fear. Jesus came to deliver those who were all their lifetime in bondage to the fear of death. Death has lost its power and sway over us. Condemnation and judgment do not hold our attention. Grace has orchestrated our response to the commandments of God, and they are not grievous. His loving-kindness is better than life itself. We are in the lush pastures of love that have been prepared for us in the presence of adversity. Our Sabbath of rest is from our labors and allowing the Lord to have the battle that is his to begin with. We have ceased from our struggling when we realized that the power of the resurrection rolled the stone away from our lives that we could never move. The demands of the law that we could never meet were met in the head-on collision between eternal life and death. Death has been swallowed up in victory! Mercy has pulled back the curtains of the courts of the King, and we are now part of his family.
