Faith’s Expression of Its Vision of Peace In the Midst of a Storm

(Part 2)

Many have risen up to play and called it the joy of salvation. True joy will come when you rejoice with the angels who are excited about the repenting sinners. No sea is too stormy when you are seeking the lost. I have come to give you directions. You have used traditions of man to detect what I am doing in the earth. I am not found by the radar systems of traditions.

Seek me with a whole heart, and you will be given the vision of soul-winning for this hour of salvation. Man’s mind cannot detect the way of my spirit. Come unto the throne of grace, and look through the eyes of faith then will you behold the clear light of direction, which is given by the mind of Christ. I am not hiding my will and the right direction from you. It is clearly revealed unto those who are called according to my purpose and those who love me. Those who love me shall cleave to me. When you have left your own reasoning and your own understanding and rooted yourself in love, then will you cease worrying about controlling your destiny. Give me the controls of your life. How can you relinquish the controls without giving me all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength?

When you have sought me with all your heart, that day, you will surely find me, and abide in the perfect will of God. The ship of Zion is not in trouble on the seas of life. I am not troubled, neither is my body. The gates of hell are not going to prevail against my body then how will trouble in this hour prevail against you?

You are distracted because you have insisted on your own way. I have already said, “Do not lean to your own understanding, for there is a way that seemeth right to a man, but the ends thereof is death.” My way is not a seemingly right path, but it is the path of faith. Faith is speaking today. Faith is granting you a good report as it did for the elders. Faith is expressing new visions of peace in the midst of all these things in the earth. Faith will frame your vision and blot out the illusions of being sabotaged by the adversary and his host.

Faith's Expression of Its Vision of Peace In the Midst of a Storm (Part 2)

Our focus on the author and finisher of our faith will always cause us to ignore the phantom perils that try to frighten us. As we focus on the promises that have been spoken to us, we will not have the time to take dictation from the liar and his agents. As we rehearse the promises that have been made to us, we will ignore the raging waves all around us. When we call on him in the midst of any raging sea, he will bring us into our desired haven. As we focus on his purpose of reaching the lost, everything else becomes a distant horizon. Distractions will line up like waves on the shore. If we will give them our attention, they will pound fear's footsteps into a walkway into our soul. We will give no place to the devil. We will not build a platform for him to display his side shows on. We are building a safe harbor for the weary and worn that will shelter them from the storms of life.

We have been assured that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Weapons here have as much to do with adverse circumstances and situations as some swords. Storms act as the anvil to God to shape us into the weaponry we have been designed to be. Necessities and perils were the stepping stones and pathway to the greater glory for the early believers. Even more so today, are we tooled and finished by the tools of the troubles and storms that come into our lives. Vessels of honor are refined by many processes. Sometimes an entire vessel is submitted to pressure and heat to determine the structural strength. Our structure is tested by the things that are poured out on us and hurled at us from every direction. He has assured us that we will not be placed into a test that he has not provided a way of escape from. The hammer of the Lord in his word may come crashing down on many situations, but we can be sure that the Craftsman of the ages has provided us safety from all things that would harm us. Our peace and safety resides in a promise to preserve us blameless, body , soul, and spirit until he comes.

Rest in the hands of my mercy. Mercy shall carry you through all the areas before you that have appeared dark and hopeless. Lean on the arms of mercy as goodness grants you the good things of my spirit and my provision. Goodness shall take back all that was stolen from you. Goodness shall bring forth changes in the complexion of the impossibilities before you.
