Words
of Light Upon the Face of Discouragement
February
21, 2005
I will not be discouraged because some do not believe in God's
voice in the earth today. It is their loss. I will not be distracted
by their criticism. They have fenced themselves in a prison
of their own words and locked themselves up with their own tongues.
I will lie down on my bed and dream. The Lord will open my understanding
as I journey with him in the secret chambers of the Spirit.
The Lord has not saved these experiences for Abraham, Joseph,
Daniel, Elijah, Elisha, and the Old Testament prophets while
excluding people today. He has saved the best for last. The
first shall be last, and the last shall be first. The Lord did
not say to any of the Old Testament prophets, "Greater
works than these shall you do." Jesus said unto me,
"The glory of this latter house is greater than of the former
house."
The
prophets inquired and searched diligently for what I have received.
They prophesied of the grace that has come unto me. The Spirit
of Christ signified and testified in them. The same Spirit of
Christ testifies in his people today. The prophets knew that
it was not unto them but unto us they did minister the things
that are now reported unto us by them that have preached the
gospel unto us with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven. I
have received a glorious gift. The angels desire to look into
what I have received. I gird up the loins of my mind and refuse
to drink the wine of spiritual drunkards of unbelief. I will
be sober and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought
unto me at the revelation of Jesus Christ. The Lord has called
me. He is holy. Now I will be holy, for he is holy. I will be
holy in all manner of conversation. I continually call on Jesus
who, without respect of persons, judges according to every man's
work.

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
