Words
of Light Upon the Face of Terror
February
1, 2005
Jesus has drawn me into his presence. Grace has been ushered
into my presence and lifted me above abounding iniquity. In
the bosom of his presence, I have found a refuge. The quietness
of peace has draped the atmosphere as a blanket. The comfort
of his love has filled my heart. He has shed it abroad in my
heart by the Holy Ghost. I look up and behold the environment
that I dwell in. There are no vipers here. The terror of the
night and the fright of the day cannot find me here. I am dwelling
in perfect love. God is that love. He has cast out all fear
from my surroundings. Peace is my abode. Perfect peace has been
given to me. I do not mortgage my peace for the false security
offered by the devil. The Lord has given to every man the measure
of faith. I allow faith to be worked by his love and then will
I find the success planned for me and my family. God has liberated
me from fear. I am not anxious for anything, but by prayer and
supplication, I let my request be made known unto him, and the
peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep my
heart and mind. By Jesus Christ, I reign over fear; therefore,
I am not intimidated by the terrorist of the hour. They cannot
harm me, for I am hidden with him.
Faith
has been given to me. It is a remedy for fear. Before faith
came, men were shut up under the law, but now, faith has come.
It is revealed, and people are no longer kept under the law.
The scripture concluded all under sin so that the promise by
faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. I
have believed. I am now justified by faith. I am his child,
and there is no need for a schoolmaster. We are all the children
of God by faith in Christ Jesus. As many as have been baptized
into Christ, have put on Christ. I am wearing Christ now; therefore,
I wear not the prison attire of unbelief. I am dismissed from
the debt that I owed. I will not pay the cashier of the darkness
any proceeds, for nothing is owed to him. The Lord has paid
my debt in full. I am liberated. He has redeemed me. All demands
have been met by his sacrifice. Fear has no power over me, for
he has emancipated me.
Agents
of fear have been dispatched throughout the earth. They are
firing weapons of terror into the hearts of those who believe
not. The discharge of terror is meant to rob me of my faith.
I do not believe these extortionists. I am not appointed unto
wrath. The dread and horror of the hour is produced by demons.
He has given me power over all demonic influence; therefore,
I do not fear. God has freed me from the fear of death. I do
not go back to bondage by fearing death again. I am not coerced
by the force and threat of fear. I will not be blackmailed by
fear. I am determined not to pay my faith as a kickback for
freedom. I do not allow these agents of fear to bribe me. People
all over the world are being forced to pay for a protection
from fear that does not exist. God is shedding the only remedy
for fear in the hearts of everyone who believes. Love is the
only answer. Those who fear are not made perfect in love. Perfect
love cast out fear. His love caused him to pay for my release
from bondage. My debt has been paid; therefore, I leave the
exacting table of the devil and abide at the table of the Lord.
His table is a place of perfect peace. I eat the bread of redemption,
and I drink the water of deliverance. I will be renewed every
day as I eat the meals that are prepared for me at his table.
I eat, and I am satisfied. I am a free man. He has closed off
the avenue of fear. Now I walk down the highway of holiness.
The unclean are not passing here. The lions of fear are not
here. The incredibly hungry beast of terror cannot come up here.
They are not found here, but the redeemed are walking here.
I am ransomed and have come into a goodly land with songs and
everlasting joy upon my head. I have obtained joy and gladness.
Sorrow and sighing have fled away; therefore, I rejoice.

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
