SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

OF FAITH

Series 2.9.16 - #259

September 16, 2004

I determine to not fear to thrust those things that I love on the waters of uncertainty. They shall arrive where they were intended to because of God's ordination of these things. Nothing can prevent his will from being done in the earth. He is God, and he rules over all. He has sent the will of God to my door. Now I accept it and follow it, and I shall see his glory. The will of God shall be as sweet fruit unto my taste; therefore, I taste and see that he is good. He has revealed himself unto me. His voice, I know and hear. I will not fear this relationship. I conclude not to worry about how I will explain what is happening. I will simply be obedient to his voice. He will quicken my tongue and eloquence shall be given to my tongue. I will go and follow him. There is work to be accomplished.

I lean on the faith of Jesus Christ, and I will not fail. It will be a staff for me when I grow weary. It shall be an instrument that will swallow up my adversities in the time of hardship. I make up my mind not to allow the number of adversities to frighten me, for all of them shall be consumed by faith that is in Jesus. Plagues shall come upon those who oppose me, for he has sent me to do his will. He will demonstrate his power in the earth in these last days. I prepare for signs and wonders, for he shall show forth the power of his right hand. Liberation of the captives shall be seen, and all shall know of the power of the gospel in the earth. My enemies shall pursue me, but I will not fear. They shall all be destroyed for his name's sake. I choose not to listen to the voices of doubt among me. I move forward in faith. He will save me out of all my troubles.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
