SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

Series 2.8.29 - #241

August 29, 2004

I purpose to make my calling and election sure. I will work out my salvation with fear and with trembling. I set my affection on things above and not on things below. Where I set my affections is where I will finally dwell. I will establish treasures in heaven and in the kingdom of God then will my heart be in heaven and in the kingdom of God. Many have their treasures among sinners and wicked people. Their hearts will finally be for the wicked, and they will finally make their abode with the wicked. The time of separation has come.

I lift up my eyes to God, and I am established in the faith of Jesus Christ. I lift up my eyes and behold what Abraham beheld. I am a part of what he was promised. God desires me to be more than a seed dwelling among the multitudes. He desires me to be active in fulfilling the purpose of the seed. I come and worship with my heart fixed on heavenly things and not on the things below. I come and worship without the distractions from the cares and pleasures of the world. I come and worship with my heart, mind, soul, and strength directed toward God and the promises he has given me.

I will encounter confusion in my path. I will look unto Jesus, and I will be lifted above the voices and enticement of those who are separating themselves unto destruction. I make a spiritual altar and a new spiritual commitment unto him. He has drawn me unto him for a renewal of spiritual communion and fellowship. I will be renewed today in him. The renewal that he is granting me will assure me again that he is my shield and exceeding, great reward. None can come past this shield of faith that has been freely given. Earthly rewards cannot be compared to the riches of my great reward. There is no comparison, for God is my exceeding, great reward. He is my reward. I have him, the King of the entire earth, as my reward. I highly esteem him above all others. He is everything I need him to be.

The Lord's word has gone out of his mouth. His promises must be believed, and my faith must be activated. He has counted me righteous; therefore, I believe that I am the inheritor of spiritual mountains and hidden treasures in dark, secret places. It is time for me to enter into the storehouse of these treasures. It is time for me to ascend to the mountains of my inheritance. Jesus is the sacrifice that was offered for me.

Now I believe that his afflictions on the tree and the precious blood from his body made a new and living way for me to ascend to these mountains and enter into the storehouses of spiritual treasures. He was taken into temporal captivity for me. He has judged the prince of the world and cast him out. He served for me; therefore, there is no need for me to serve under the hardships of the devil. I will go into the storehouse of God's spiritual treasures and come out with the great substances ordained and kept for me. Jesus is the glory of God with me. He is the bright shining light with me and before me. I rise up and follow the leading of his spirit. The covenants of promise have been established and confirmed. He has given me the treasures of the last days. I enter into the mountains of victory and the treasures once hidden from me.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
