The
Lord's word has gone out of his mouth and will not return to
him void. Whosoever believes on him, shall not be ashamed. I
believe. There is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile,
for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.
I have believed in him. I have heard of him. He has sent me
preachers with beautiful feet who have preached the gospel of
peace and brought me glad tidings of good things. The good things
that God has promised me by the mouth of the preachers that
he sent shall not be denied in heaven, neither in the earth.
I will receive what he has promised me, and I shall not be ashamed.
The
enemy has attempted to hinder my blessings that were promised
to me. He has devised a plan to bring shame into my life. I
shall not be put to shame, neither confounded. Jesus has come
to honor me, not dishonor me. This confusing strategy of my
enemy shall not prevail against me. I will not allow guilt to
rule in my heart because of my failures and shortcomings. I
confess my sins unto God, I forsake them, and have faith in
the power of his love and his blood. My enemies shall be clothed
with shame and confusion. The Lord has removed shame from before
me. He has brought my face out from under the covers of confusion.
He knew my reproach and my shame, yet mercy has rejoiced against
judgment, and God has forgiven all of my sins.
I
am weak, but he is strong. I am foolish, but he is wise. He
has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.
He has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things
that are mighty. He has chosen the base things of the world,
things that are despised and things that are not, to bring to
naught things that are so that no flesh should glory in his
presence. The Lord is my wisdom, righteousness, sanctification,
and redemption. I glory in him. He will bring to pass that which
he has spoken to me through the preachers that he has sent unto
me. I open my mouth and say, "The word is nigh me even in
my mouth and heart: that is, the word of faith, which I have
heard preached. I confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus. I believe
in my heart, that God has raised him from the dead. I am saved,
for with my heart I believe unto righteousness, and with my
mouth, confession is made unto salvation. Whosoever believes
on Jesus, shall not be ashamed; therefore, I will not be ashamed
as I wait on the Lord to fulfill my petition. Others believed,
and therefore, have they spoken; I also believe, and therefore,
I speak."
I
have tasted that he is gracious. I came to him, the living stone,
disallowed of men, but chosen of God and precious. I am a lively
stone, a part of a spiritual house and a holy priesthood. Jesus
Christ has made my spiritual sacrifices acceptable to him. I
believe on him. Now I shall not be confounded. I have obtained
mercy. Now I rejoice in the face of this delay. The brazen arrogance
of the enemy cannot invalidate God's promise. The haughtiness
of this foe cannot bring dishonor to those given grace by him.
I refuse to feel embarrassed or humiliated because of the threat
of this antagonist. He is retreating as I offer praise. I purpose
not to sit idly aside and accept the uncomfortable feelings
that he has fostered. I will rid myself of these feelings by
my confidence in God's word and praise unto the Lord in the
face of this adversary. I have been reluctant because of fear
of humiliation and shame. I hesitate no longer at the door of
victory. The spider of guilt has spun the web of inferiority.
The Lord has given me faith as he has given to every man. Now
I rise up and make a good confession in the face of this delay.
I destroy this spider with the words of my mouth. I believe
in Jesus, and I shall not be ashamed or confounded.

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
