The
Lord is showing himself unto man in nature and in conscience.
He is revealing himself to those who hunger and thirst after
him. I will not seek a mental knowledge of him, for that is
inadequate. It will only produce pride. God desires to give
all men a new heart and remove their stony hearts. He is pouring
out an increase in the knowledge of him. Destruction shall swallow
up those who will not receive this increase. Many are being
rejected of God because they have rejected knowledge. He will
even forget the children of those who reject knowledge. He will
be attentive to the children of those who accept knowledge,
but he will be oblivious of those who reject it. God is teaching
the truth. I do not reject the truth about him. I will be still,
and I know that he is God. He is exalted among the people of
the earth. He is exalted in the earth. He is my God, the God
of Jacob and my refuge. I continue in God's word and then I
will be his disciple. I know the truth, and it has made me free.
There are many who claim freedom but are the servants of sin.
Whosoever commiteth sin is sin's servant.
I
hear the Lord's words today and understand his speech. I am
his child, and he has given me hearing ears and seeing eyes.
He has changed my heart and allowed me to enter into his presence
where there is the fullness of joy. He has stretched forth the
scepter of righteousness and allowed me access unto the throne
of grace. Grace and mercy are mine today. I pity those whose
eyes have been blinded. The god of this world has blinded the
minds of those who believe not. I have been given grace to believe
God's word; therefore, my mind has not been blinded by the evil
one. The Lord led me around temptations and delivered me from
the evil one. I can find God by seeking him, but I cannot find
him out by searching. No one can find him out unto perfection.
His judgments are unsearchable, and his ways are past finding
out. No one can know the depth of the riches of his wisdom and
knowledge. There is no one who has known God's mind. No man
has been his counselor. He has caused the heavens to declare
his glory and the firmament to show forth his handiwork. The
whole earth is filled with his glory. He has shown man the things
that he wants him to know.
The
invisible things of God, from the creation of the world, are
clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made even
his eternal power and Godhead. Man is without excuse. I purpose
to humble myself under his mighty hand, and he will exalt me
in due time. I will beware of pride during this time that the
Lord is granting me knowledge, for knowledge will puff me up.
I draw nearer to him, for God is love, and charity will keep
me edified. No matter how much knowledge is increased in my
life, I know, this of a truth, that I will know nothing as I
ought to know. I love the Lord, and he knows me. He is giving
me more grace that I might walk worthy of him unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge
of Christ. I have asked to know him; therefore, I will look
through the lens of his word. I look through the lens of experience.
Now I sum up the total of these things, and my knowledge shall
grow in leaps and in hurdles.
Men
strive for scholarships in the world. I study to show myself
approved unto God and then will I push aside ignorance and shame.
The mind of knowledge has been given to me. I will no longer
simply store information and collect facts and data. My ideas
shall change, and my thoughts shall reach into the heavens and
return with the wisdom and knowledge of God Almighty. I enter
into a new intimate relationship with God and grow in the knowledge
of him. He is the author of this new relationship. Now I reflect
the quality of this relationship in my life daily. The author's
knowledge is shining in me. I allow the evidence of the author
to be discovered by others. I refuse to be a reflector of ignorance.
I allow his light to shine in me, for he has created me to be
a light of his knowledge in the world.

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
