SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

Series 2.6.15 - #167

June 15, 2004

God has come that I might have life and that more abundantly. The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. The Lord has sent the bread of God into the earth. The bread of God gave his life unto the world. He gave his flesh for the entire world. In giving himself for the world, great grace and the gift of grace has abounded unto many. The free gift is of many offences unto justification. I am justified by faith; therefore, I am fully assured that God is taking care of me. He will not forget my work and labor of love that I have shown toward his name. I ministered to the saints, and I am continuing to minister. I will stretch forth my faith and show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end, for he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved. God's counsel is immutable. He cannot lie. A strong consolation is given unto me that I may lay hold upon the hope that is set before me. Jesus is the anchor for my soul. He is both sure and steadfast. I do not worry about the threats of destruction that have come against my mind, neither will I worry about the outcome. God is able to save me to the uttermost. He is the holy, harmless, undefiled high priest. He is consecrated forevermore and has placed his kingdom within me. I purpose to keep the things of the kingdom always in remembrance. I must be established in the truth, for it is the truth that has made me free. I am free to rise up by the same spirit that was in the prophets and in the early church to speak as the Holy Ghost moves me. God has come to inspire confidence in me. A guarantee of assurance in the plan given me in times past remains in effect. I will not be defeated, and the Lord's plans to bless me will not be retracted. I am free from doubt and uncertainty. I set my sail of faith in the encouraging winds of love, and I am certain that on the field of battle, Jesus is fighting for me. He has freed me from doubt. I determine to not allow any shade of doubt in my mind concerning victory. Certitude is of a high premium in this trial. I personally believe all of God's promises to me are true and will come to pass. I personally believe that God is faithful and will not lie. He will do what he said that he would do.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
