SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

OF FAITH

Words of Light Upon the Face of Inferior Choices

(Faith's Choice)

God has given me the grace to make right choices in this life. I will not let my heart be troubled, neither will I be afraid. He is blessing me right now. Faith's choice is mine. I simply allow his faithfulness to grant me what he has promised. It is impossible for God to lie. He has not opened his mouth and lied to me. The Lord has opened his mouth and sent forth his word, which is exalted above his name. His name is above every name, but high above his name, his word stands exalted forever. I choose what he has promised me, and I do not settle for anything less. I have a right to faith's choice without any other alternatives. Many have elected to take the options given by unbelief. I refuse these false preferences, for they are not faith's decision for my life. I allow God to give me faithfulness' appraisal of this matter and then will I reconsider my decision to settle for the options on the right hand of evil. God's faithfulness has given me his assessment of the matter. His assessment of the matter does not include any of my debts or insufficiencies. I look away from unbelief's choice and follow the course designed by faith's choice.

I cease making assessments with my mind. My mind will choose estimates that produce faulty appraisals of God's promises. I cease reviewing the options given to me by the devil and return to faith's choice and then will I be focused again on what he has desired for me. He has given me the best, for he has saved the best for last. I have been last many times, but now the last shall be first. I return to my first choice, for it is faith's choice, and its choice does not change. I am determined not to disappoint faith by limiting it. Faith's choice is highly refined with the taste of love. Jesus is preeminent, and he has given me the choice of preeminence. I refuse to live as a pauper in this age of abundant life to all who believe. Faith's choice surpasses and transcends all of the indifferences that have confronted me.

Wisdom is justified of her children. Christ, the wisdom of God, has justified me, and I am righteous in his sight. All of his works are mighty and very great. Wisdom is before him that has understanding. The wisdom of God and the power of God are the same one. Greater is he in me than he that is in the world. I am looking to earthly wisdom if I have not considered what Christ can do in the face of these alternatives that I have accepted. That is not wisdom. That is doubt maximized to imprison me in the prison house of unbelief. To consider a miracle, is not foolishness. I am considering my natural ability instead of the foolishness of God. The foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. I see my calling, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called.

The Lord has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. He has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things that are mighty. He has chosen the base things of the world and things which are despised. He has chosen the things which are not to bring to naught things that are so that no flesh should glory in his presence. He has allowed the enemy to present his appraisal of the circumstances. The enemy's appraisal is rude and abusive to faith's choice. The Lord has promised me many wonderful things; therefore, I rise up and speak faith's appraisal of the situation.

I am not coerced to voice the assessments of doubt and unbelief. The spirit of prophecy is his testimony. God is able to do all things, and he will give me what he has promised me. I believe his promises; therefore, I no longer stand in line to voice another appraisal of my circumstances. I hold fast the form of the sound word that I have heard of him, in faith and love, which is in Christ Jesus. I hold fast the confidence that I have in him and the rejoicing of the hope unto the end. I do not call an evil heart of unbelief wisdom. The evil heart of unbelief will remove me from God's presence; therefore, I hold fast my profession and come boldly unto the throne of grace that I may obtain mercy and find grace to help me in this time of need. I hold fast the profession of my faith without wavering. His promises have not been devaluated because of the devil's appraisal sent into my presence. He is faithful that promised. I go and consider the other people and provoke them unto love and to good works.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
