SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

Series 2_#23

January 23, 2004

God has made me the branch of his planting. I am the work of his own hands. I allow him to be glorified within me. He shall multiply, and he shall add. He shall take a little one, and it shall become a thousand. In this time, he is hastening to do an awesome work. I will go and declare the time of repentance. The kingdom of heaven has come. The God of the kingdom is giving true knowledge of salvation by the remission of sins. The tender mercies of my God have brought me the dayspring from on high, and now the light of love is guiding me into the way of peace. Even those who have sat in darkness, see this great light. I determine to go and bear witness of this Light, which lights every man that comes into the world. Many believe though I do not see the multitudes. The condemnation that light is come into the world has blinded the evil and freed those who love light rather than darkness. Everyone that does evil hates this light, but those who do truth come to the light that their deeds may be manifest that they are wrought in God Almighty. He has not listed my sins. He has asked, "Where are your accusers?"

I behold them in the far away dust and chaff and have sent them away in the breath of wisdom. He is my light. I follow him, and I will not walk in darkness. He is the light of life. I will learn to love him with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. I will not love the praise of men. God is my light in this world. I simply believe on him, and I will not abide in darkness.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
