SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

CONFESSION

Series 2_#21

January 21, 2004

I will go and proclaim the need to be of one mind and one spirit. I determine to teach the people to reach forth unto the things that are before them with togetherness, not reaching forth in strife and division. I will go and say, "Put on charity, and be hidden in the bosom of love." God's word will not return to him empty or void, but his word has been sent forth and will do what he has intended it to do. I am strengthened in the word, and now others will be born again of the incorruptible seed of the word within me. Many are begotten by the word of truth. I resolve to go and study nature. There will I learn to stop the loss of so many of our young. I remember that these are souls Jesus died for. He loves them, and he loves me. I draw near to the Lord and reason with him. Now I will learn wisdom and win the lost, not abort our young. I move toward the Lord and reason with him. Now will I learn wisdom and join the angels and God in defending the young babes in Christ. I have run to the shelter of the Lord's grace. I bind wisdom as ornaments about my heart and mind, and now will peace and fruitfulness abound in me. I follow wisdom. Now those that I win will not be trophies for the predators of the age. I will not be a trophy for the god of the world. I have come, and I sit at the feet of nature. I will allow its teachings to impart wisdom and life to me.

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
