OUR
AGREEMENTS WITH GOD
#51
- #75
Confession
of Faith - #51
There
is no value I can place on this fellowship with the Lord. I have
made a decision about this fellow; therefore, by the grace of
God, I know that I will not sell out. To me, the Lord is worth
more than anything in this world or the world to come. There is
no one or anything that I would trade the Lord for. There are
some people that are worth my life to me. I have never equated
betraying the Lord with selling my soul. However, I know that
there is an auction for my soul. I will not place my soul on the
market. Jesus was sold for thirty pieces of silver. By grace,
I will not sell him for anything. There is a constant plot circulating
in the spirit world to entice people to betray the Lord. I must
establish a value for my soul if I am going to be saved. I am
not advantaged anything if I lose my soul. I hear the word of
the Lord, and my soul shall live.
God
has made an everlasting covenant with me. I have been given the
sure mercies of David. Many break their covenant with God every
day and think that they will be saved. I have read that covenant
breakers are worthy of death. (Romans 1:27-32)
Perilous
times are here. Truce breaking is rampant. I must keep my covenant
with the Lord. If I break my covenant with God, I have sold him
for dung. I will not place the King of kings on sale. Many are
bankrupt in their faith and are placing the most precious things
in their lives on spiritual bankruptcy sales. I will not attend
these sales, for these people have a form of godliness but deny
the power thereof. I turn away from them, for they do not love
the Lord. They have become his enemy.
Confession
of Faith - #52
I
will go and declare the glory of God's kingdom. All his paths
are mercy and truth unto those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.
He pardoned my great sins and rescued me from the clutches of
darkness. I was a slave to sin. Now I must be a slave to righteousness
if I am going to remain free. My soul dwells at ease, and my seed
is inheriting the good things in the earth. His secret is with
me, and he has shown me his covenant. He continually plucks my
feet out of the net of trickery, and his eyes are continually
upon me. He has made me the apple of his eye and sworn faithfulness
and everlasting peace toward me. He bought me with the most expensive
substance in existence. I will not bargain with another using
the Lord as a trade.
The
devil shall deceive the whole world. I will not buy the lie that
says I cannot lose my salvation, for God said unto me, "That
you can sell your soul." All unrighteousness is sin: and there
is a sin not unto death. Whosoever is born of God sinneth not;
but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked
one toucheth him not. (1 John 5:17-18)
I
determine to keep myself from sin and wickedness. The whole world
lies in wickedness, and there is temptation everywhere. Idolatry
is raging. I will keep myself from idols. Adam sold us under sin;
therefore, I had a covenant with death. Jesus was sold that he
might buy us back from the habitation of the grave. I have not
found a bargain worth his lovingkindness and tender mercies; therefore,
I will safeguard my salvation. I will safeguard my soul. I will
not be beguiled by the merchants offering beautiful, worthless
commodity and empty, enticing pleasures for my priceless soul.
I have considered the Lord as my currency. There is nothing that
I will spend him for.

Confession
of Faith - #53
I
was a slave to sin. My old master, the devil, has not given up
his pursuit to bring me back into bondage. His quest to capture
me is consistent. I will not fear, for Jesus is my protection.
He has made provisions for me. I am freely given all things that
pertain unto life and godliness. Grace and peace are multiplied
to me. His grace is more than enough. His peace passes all understanding.
It will keep me when understanding has reached its limitations.
He will not betray me, neither will he leave me. He is not a covenant
breaker. He is a covenant keeper. There is nothing in the enemy's
kingdom that he would hand me over for. He does not sell out.
He is faithful. His life was not too much for him to spend for
me. I am his. No one has a price more than what he has paid for
me. If there was a price greater, he would not sell me because
he is love. He bought me to save me and give me eternal life.
I recognize how much I am worth to God. Now I have an established
value of myself. Now that I know how much I am worth, there is
no reason to sell myself for something of a lesser value.
Confession
of Faith - #54
I
am assured that God is here to protect me from this cruel master
in pursuit of me. He is my Master and my Father. He guards me.
A host of angels guards me. The kingdom that I reside in is a
kingdom of light. The light of love is greater than all the things
of the darkness. The king in pursuit is no match for the Lord.
I am secure as long as I reside in him. The pursuing king and
his fallen angels are constantly attempting to seduce me and lure
me out of the light. Their enticements have no effect on me as
long as I am not controlled by my own lusts. The enemy entices
me, but I can only be drawn away by my own lusts. I acknowledge
my own lusts and pride then I will ask for forgiveness and renounce
them. God will cleanse me of these things that germinate and bring
forth sin. I must turn off the generator of sin, which is lust.
If I leave it on, it will bring forth sin.
The
Lord has shed his love abroad in my heart by the Holy Ghost. I
respect love inside of me, and now I am insulated from the enticements
of the enemy. I have a mighty defense in love. Love for God will
safeguard my heart and mind. I am never endangered in love. Nothing
evil has a passport into love's domain. No tickets or licenses
are issued to travel love's highway. Only love and love's inhabitants
travel here. I am protected divinely and granted many benefits;
therefore, I will not exit this holy place and take the ramp of
lust and sin. It leads to death.
I
behold my heavenly companions. They are charged to escort and
protect me. I greatly appreciate this convoy of heavenly chaperons.
I am mindful of them. They are ministering spirits sent forth
to minister to the Lord's heirs of salvation. I cherish the provisions
of love. I hold these things dear to my heart, and I esteem them
high on my list of gratitude. Many fall away because they do not
reverence the Lord, the love of God, inside of them. He will not
suffer me to be tempted above that I am able but will, with every
temptation, make a way of escape so that I may be able to bear
it. These things are common to me as a man, but God is faithful.
I have no other god or gods before the Lord. If I cherish him,
I will never be satisfied attempting to love other gods. I must
relinquish and desert all other gods. He is the only God. God
knows no other. If the Lord does not know any other gods, then
there is no way that anyone can know other gods.
Confession
of Faith - #55
By
grace, I will keep the Lord's words, and they will protect me.
His words will shield me from the exposure of idolatry and evil.
The words of my heavenly Father are sure. They are full of light.
The keeping of his words hold back the darkness. I will keep them
and restrict the competition of the devil. His words preserve
me. He has exalted his word above his name. His name is a strong
tower. I have run to it, and I am safe. His word is covering me
and protecting me. He has caused his word to become walls for
me. It is a burning fire to protect me from the cold love of the
hour. It has stretched forth its strong arms and protected me
from the assault of temptation. It has become the light to shield
me from being arrested by the darkness.
God
is my parent. I realize that he is faithful to perform his duties
and responsibilities to me as my parent. I will not feel unwanted
when he exercises his authority over me. Many of his children
are wandering in the chambers of bondage because they resent his
authority. He is protecting me, but he is also educating me and
maintaining my relationship with him. I will allow him, my parent,
to teach me about unfeigned love. He has not come to consult with
me. He has come to teach me. I accept the teachings of love, and
I will regard the walls of his commandments as beautiful structures
of protection given by my God and his government. These commandments
are beautiful. They are not grievous. I climb to the heights of
obedience unto them and behold their wisdom and their beauty.
The wisdom and the beauty of these walls cannot be viewed from
platforms of irreverence and disobedience. I worship and praise
on the walls of obedience. The blessings are appreciated and understood
from there.

Confession
of Faith - #56
The
sins of the world could not be taken away by sinful man. The Lord
came as the man Christ Jesus and took them away. As the Lamb of
God, he entered into the world to offer himself in the likeness
of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. Though
men may argue about the identity of the Messiah, their arguments
do not affect the reality of who he is. He is the Savior of the
world, and the only sacrifice that could take away sins has been
offered. He is both Lord and Christ. He is the King of Israel.
He has always been God. He prepared a body and called it the Son
of God, the Lamb, for the whole world. He was in Christ reconciling
the world unto himself.
I
will allow great joy to consume me. He has revealed himself unto
me. The King of the entire earth has come to live inside of me.
I rejoice. I am living in the greatest time of all. I will be
alerted to every opportunity to declare the truth, for it dwells
in me. The revelation of the King has been given to me. He will
speak in me; therefore, I am not afraid. It will be given me in
the very hour that I am to speak. God is the teacher. He lives
inside of me. I come and follow him. To Jesus, the Lord, our God,
belong mercies and forgiveness. I
need understanding and wisdom. This day, the Lord has touched
my eyes and my ears that I might understand the scriptures and
his ways. I will speak not out of my own self, but I will allow
the Lord to speak in me.
I
remember that nothing is impossible for the Lord; therefore, I
will not allow the things that I do not understand to hinder me
in following God. There will be many questions, but he has all
the answers. I trust him, and I will not be afraid of failure.
He has forgiven all my sins. The peace that has come through forgiveness
shall speak through me, and my words shall command silence from
the adversaries. The words that he gives shall turn questions
into open doors. They shall turn mysteries into windows of opportunity.
He has changed my heart. I now believe with all of my heart the
things that are written concerning the Lord.

Confession
of Faith - #57
God's
hand is not slack, and his word is not slow, neither is it weak.
He is faithful. He has made promises to me. Because his word has
gone out of his mouth, it will not return to him before it has
performed what he sent it to do. His words are creative and powerful.
They are not empty and unproductive. His words are fertile and
full of plenty. I will not look to the dry ground of my circumstances
and unnecessary qualifying factors, but I will look to his righteousness.
The Lord has imputed righteousness unto me. The effectual, fervent
prayers that I offer avail much. I will lift up my legs of confidence
and abound unto the fruitfulness of his performance by thanksgiving.
I open up my heart and allow thanksgiving to be expressed. Out
of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. The baptism of
the Holy Ghost has brought righteousness inside of me. Peace and
joy reside inside with righteousness. These three constitute a
mighty kingdom within, for the kingdom of God is not meat and
drink, but it is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Confession
of Faith - #58
I
rejoice greatly. The King of the kingdom lives inside of me. Where
the word of a king is, there is power. His word is quick and powerful.
It is sharper than any two-edged sword. He has set his word between
my thoughts and intents. His words and his commandments are faithful.
I choose according to the light of his word and not according
to the mental assumptions gathered by my mind and my feelings.
He has placed his word in my heart. A new heart has been given
to me. The word of the Lord is nigh me even in my heart and my
mouth. My tongue has his testimonies. The testimonies in my tongue
are righteous and very faithful. I will not be afraid to release
them with the confidence and might of a valiant warrior. God's
words are faithful and true. They will not fail. He is faithful.
What he has promised will be performed. It is impossible for him
to lie; therefore, I stand on this dry ground of infertility and
wait on the harvest of truth's hand. He will give me a crop of
souls and prosperity out of the impotence that I now see.

Confession
of Faith - #59
God
is true. He is loyal. He is not a man that he should lie. He is
not the son of man that he should repent. He has said, and he
will do it. He has spoken, and he will make it good. He is the
faithful God. He keeps his covenant and mercy with them that love
him and keeps his commandments. He has loved me and made promises
to me. The hand of the enemy shall not close up on me. He will
bring me out of all the effects of the enemy's cold, dry hand.
He has sent his doctrine into my life. It is dropping as the rain.
The speech that he has sent forth through me shall vaporize as
the dew. I will speak his word while I stand on this dry ground,
and I shall create the steam and the fertility that is absent
from these circumstances.
The
Father, who dwells inside of me, is creating all that is needed
for a successful harvest out of a dry situation. Jesus
is a God of truth. I will now believe his promises. He has not
made covenants and not been true to them. The covenants of the
Lord will be faithfully executed without fail. No one will spoil
his allegiance to me. His loyalty has not been wrecked by the
condemnation of the devil. His duty has not been perverted because
of your failures.
I
can depend on him when I am totally without hope and strength.
I rely on the Lord. I have turned from my sins and regarded him
faithful. I now behold the power of his faithfulness and truth
in my life. He will not take his lovingkindness from me, and his
faithfulness will not fail. His covenant will he not break, nor
alter the thing that is gone out of his lips. I am Christ's seed.
By his holiness, he has sworn. The seed of Christ shall endure
forever. He has established this throne of grace forever. I now
stand erect in my heart, and I believe the words of the Faithful
Witness in my ears. God is faithful.

Confession
of Faith - #60
I
have strong arms to depend on. The Lord's arms are long and strong.
The long arms of longsuffering have been extended to me. The same
lovingkindness that David knew has been bestowed upon me. The
same unfailing faithfulness is mine also. The spoken word that
David heard has not ceased. I am hearing the voice of David's
God. David wrote of God's everlasting mercy. He spoke of his truth
that would endure to my generation. He sent the truth as a rod
out of the stem of Jesse and a Branch that grew out of his roots.
Though the rod of his mouth smites the earth, it smites the troubled
waters for me today. I will be confident in the favor that has
come to me because of the Lord's name. The faithfulness and truth
of his word should secure my faith. It is impossible for him to
lie; therefore, his promises are never to be doubted. He has promised
that he would never leave me. My adversaries cannot consume me
because I have his mercies, and his compassions do not fail. They
are new every morning, and great is his faithfulness. The Lord
is serving me new compassions. I hope in him, for he is my portion.
I taste and see that he is good. I have sought him, and now his
goodness shall doubly reward me.
Confession
of Faith - #61
The
word of the Lord stands sure and immovable. God's words shall
not pass away. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but his words
shall remain. I trust in that which will last forever. I will
not allow temptation to persuade me to doubt his faithfulness.
He will not suffer me to be tempted above that I am able but will
with the temptation, also, make a way to escape so that I may
be able to bear it. The revolving door of temptation has caused
many to be preoccupied as wanderers because they have not taken
the exit to escape. Temptation, oftentimes, travels in a circular
path. I pledge not to travel around and around after its enticement.
I put my hands to the plow, and press toward the mark for the
prize of the high calling of God. In Christ Jesus, the God of
peace will sanctify me wholly and preserve me blameless unto his
coming.
I
rest in the Lord's peace. I am assured that he has called me,
and he will preserve me. He is faithful. He is stablishing me
and keeping me from all evil. By grace, I will always pray, "Lead
me not into temptation, and deliver me from evil." He will
keep me from the evil one and his evil plots. His duty and obligation
to me is real. I
am born under the government of God and into an everlasting kingdom.
God has vowed faithfulness to those born of incorruptible seed
by the word of God. I am not an alien. I am a citizen of his kingdom.
His kingdom has everlasting peace. The Prince of Peace won my
peace. He carried the key of the house of David and opened unto
me David's sure mercies.
The
kingdom of God has no end. The owner of the key, also, has the
keys of hell and of death. He is true and holy. He opens doors,
and no man shuts them. He shut doors and no man opens them. He
has set before me an open door, and no man can shut it. Though
the adversaries stand outside the door and I have a little strength,
know of a truth, that grace is given so that I may keep his word
and not deny his name. I will not be faithless but believing.
I purpose not to stagger at his promises through the fog of unbelief,
but I will be strong in faith and give all glory unto him. God
is faithful; therefore, I will be fully persuaded that what he
has promised, he will perform. He is not a traitor. There is no
treason in his government. Its peace has no end. Peace is ordered
for me; therefore, I now totally commit my way to him.

Confession
of Faith - #62
God
has set his love upon me. He made an oath and swore unto the Jewish
fathers concerning themselves and their seed. I must cease wrestling
in my mind concerning his nature and his faithfulness. He is a
merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to himself.
He was made manifested in the flesh and made like unto brethren
that he might make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
He came in flesh and experienced all that needed to be experienced.
He has suffered being tempted while walking in flesh. Now he is
more than able to succor those that are tempted.
God
knows how I feel. He is here to help me. The aid that he supplies
comes from a great understanding of my need and my feelings. He
knows what it is like to walk in human flesh. He took on flesh
like the children. His flesh was the Lamb. He was the Lion in
the Lamb who shook earth and hell with his roar of victory. Now
he is roaring for me. I will not fear. He has overcome the world,
the devil, and the flesh. I am relieved today. The
Lord understands what is going on inside of me. He is the Friend
who sticks closer than any brother. I am supported divinely in
every trial. I rejoice, and I am glad. The greatest hope is set
before me. I am comforted in the fact that it is impossible for
him to lie. He is the hope of glory, Christ in me. He has sworn
that I will inherit the promises. I will not be slothful, but
I will be patient and full of faith. God cannot lie. It is impossible
for him.
I
am a part of the multiplication promised. He has already declared,
"Surely blessing, I will bless thee, and multiplying, I will
multiply thee." After Abraham had patiently endured, he obtained
the promise. He did not stagger at God's promises through unbelief.
He was strong in faith, giving glory unto him. He has removed
the stumbling blocks in my path. I press through this fog with
strong faith as I give glory unto him. I open my mouth, and clear
this fog with a strong profession of faith that does not waver.
He promised, and he is faithful.
I
determine not to worry about the devil. He is no match for my
hope of glory, Christ in me. His hostility is not significant
to him. I am not endangered because he has become belligerent.
I will not fear. He will end his aggression against me. His assault
against me has no effect against God's promises. I will not be
distracted by his war strategies. I remain motivated by the Lord's
promises. He will not recall his promises to me. I am Christ's
seed; therefore, Abraham is my father. The faith of Abraham is
in me. I will not adulterate the precious faith within, but I
focus my faith on his faithfulness, and I will not be indicted
for trusting God.
Confession
of Faith - #63
I
determine not to allow the place of great blessings to become
a place to fall; therefore, I will be thankful. I know who God
is. I will let there be great joy in my soul, for my eyes are
not lifted up to behold a false god today. Some have corrupted
themselves and likened the Lord to the graven images of their
forefathers. We were not a people, but now we are the people of
God. I had not obtained mercy, but now I have obtained it. I regard
my deliverance from sin and bondage as a great display of love
toward me and do not forget the pit that he dug me from. I should
have died in my sins. With the hand of love, he drew me out of
darkness and allowed me to be a part of a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, and a holy nation. I
open my mouth and sound the trumpet of praise. I have offered
great joy at the altar of gods that cannot see and cannot hear;
therefore, I will not remain silent at the altar of the God who
has kept me from perishing from off the land that I live in.
The
Lord preserved my life and prolonged my days. I was not destroyed
when sin and iniquity held me. I will not come to the kingdom
and fall in the midst of the battle. I have Jesus, the King of
kings and the Lord of lords, as my commander. I will not fall
with those who think that they stand.
I
take heed unto myself, and I do not take the Lord for granted.
I am enjoying great victory. I do not consider this place a high
place that I have attained by my own righteousness and goodness.
He has lifted me out of the net of my enemies and has drawn me
out of the waters of death. He has shut the mouths of the lions
that were about to devour me. I will not crown myself with glory,
for it shall only fall from my head. Reproach
has been stayed, and an inheritance of a king has been given to
me, an alien.
My
head should have rolled with the heads of the damned. The light
within me should have been turned off with the light of the wicked.
I should have been hung up by my hands with the princes of the
earth. God has given me joy in my heart and music to dance by.
My mourning has been turned to great gladness, and my heart is
not fainting. My eyes see, and my ears hear. My heart is changed,
and my mind is stayed on him. My life is not desolate, and the
spiritual beasts do not ravish my spiritual wealth. God is with
me and speaking grace in my ears. He has remained with me while
I coveted other gods. I will not come to the hill of victory and
forget him. I have not won anything of myself. The weapons of
my warfare are not carnal. They are only mighty through God. I
will bow down and worship with a newfound humility.

Confession
of Faith - #64
The
Lord is the great, glorious God, and he has no ego problem. He
is expressing to me the greatness of his wondrous works. My thoughts
of him are too small. My concepts of him are too weak. The enemy
has stifled me many times because I do not understand how great
he is. I behold his greatness and how gracious he is. My children
will not grow in grace and in the knowledge of God unless I express
the abundance of his compassion and his mercy unto them. I open
my mouth and speak of the glory of his kingdom. I talk of his
power unto the people. I express the tender mercies of the Lord
in words that they can understand. He is going to fill the earth
with his mighty acts. He shall show the glorious majesty of his
kingdom in these last days. His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
and his dominion endures throughout all generations. Because the
time is short, does not mean that he is shortening his grace or
his power. He is opening his hand and satisfying my desires for
his good things. I call upon the Lord, and behold the power of
his name and its security.
I
am dwelling in a safe place. His blessings are abundant. They
are flowing plentifully. I behold the great things being done
for those that love and seek him. He is doing great things, unsearchable
things, and marvelous things, without number. I once dwelled in
low places, but now he has set me on high. I mourned in the past,
but now he has exalted me to the safety in his name. The sword
of the enemy was about to cut me down, but he saved me from their
sword and from his mouth. He saved me from the hand of the mighty
and those who hated me.
He
is the great God who does things past finding out. His wonders
are without number. I behold how awesome he is. He passes by me
and I do not see him. He is a God who hides himself. He passes
by me and I do not perceive him. He speaks unto me, and he allows
me to hear him. He talks to my brother, and I cannot hear him.
I behold his ways. They are past finding out.
Confession
of Faith - #65
I
cannot understand God's wisdom. His secrets are too great to know.
I cannot search and find him out. I do not know how high heaven
is. I do not know how deep hell is. What I know is very limited.
I only know parts of his ways. I only know a portion of what he
is. I humble myself under his mighty hand, and he will show me
unsearchable things that have not been known. He knows me. He
knows my thoughts and my intents. All of my ways are known of
him. He has not made a mistake by humbling me with these thoughts
about his unsearchable power and greatness. I needed to be reminded
that he is the one who placed his word in my tongue. He laid his
hands upon me. What is expressed through me is knowledge too wonderful
for me to know of myself. It is high, and I cannot attain unto
it with my limited mind.
He
is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint, and he does not grow weary. There is no searching
of his understanding. I cannot behold the depth of the riches
of his understanding. His judgments are unsearchable and his ways
are past finding out. The limited cannot search unto perfection
the unlimited.
I
will not be wise in my own heart, for God does not respect that
kind of man. He is terrible in majesty, and I cannot find him
out. He is excellent in power and in judgment. He knows what I
need, and he knows my end. He is not here to afflict me. He is
here to love and instruct me.
Confession
of Faith - #66
I
determine not to allow the thief to steal my spiritual wealth.
I wake out of sleep. I know the time. My salvation is nearer than
when I believed. The night is far spent, and the day is at hand.
God has not given me the spirit of slumber. My eyes see, and my
ears hear; therefore, I cast off the works of darkness and put
on the armor of light. I do not involve myself in strife and envying,
and I make no provision to defend myself from accusations and
subtle plots. I make no provision for the flesh to fulfill the
lusts thereof, but I put on the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no
risk involved when I walk in the Spirit. I do not stand in jeopardy
every day. The
Lord has not come to make me feel insecure or to declare that
I am a liability to his name. I awake to righteousness and sin
not. Because some do not believe in the voice of the Lord, is
no reason to abandon my relationship with him. This is the spirit
of the thief attempting to break in and steal my spiritual wealth.
I
do not make my bed with those who bear the letter. They shall
sleep the sleep of death. Their swords of death are swinging at
me. Their henchmen climb into my life to burglarize my spiritual
wealth. I
will not be choked by doubt and fear. I awake, and God will give
me light. I walk circumspectly, and I will not be a fool, but
I will walk as a wise man and redeem the time because the days
are evil. The Lord has given me an understanding of what the will
of the Lord is. I trust in his arms and his salvation. God has
brought his righteousness unto me. His salvation shall be forever,
and his righteousness shall not be abolished.
I
do not fear the reproach of men, neither am I afraid of their
reviling. The moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm
shall eat them like wool. I will not rise to defend myself, but
I will be confident that he is my strength. The Lord will cut
asunder the schemers and will render permanent wounds to those
who subtly attempt to drive me away and speak to destroy my name.
I place my total confidence in him. He is the same God who dried
up the sea. The sea before me shall be dried up by his breath,
and a way shall be made for me to pass over. He has planned everlasting
joy for my head. Gladness and joy are waiting in the distance.
Sorrow and mourning shall retreat.
Confession
of Faith - #67
I
will not fight those who oppress me. I do not worry about the
results of their schemes. I am his child. I have repented unto
him, and his word remains in my tongue. I will not be afraid of
men that shall die nor the sons of men that shall be made as grass.
I look unto God, the Lord and my Maker. The subtle fury of the
oppressor cannot destroy me. I look to the end of all these things.
The fury of the oppressor has ceased. The oppressor did not rob
me, and his words were not removed from my mouth. He covered me
in the shadow of his hand and hid me among those planted by the
Lord in righteousness. He has removed the cup of trembling and
placed it in the hand of those who attempted to afflict me. I
shake myself and arise from the dust of the dead. Life flows in
me; therefore, I awaken and loose myself from the bands on my
neck. Their hands cannot remain on me to subdue me for their own
selfish cause. I
shake myself with the voice of praise and thanksgiving. I arise
and carry good tidings that publish peace unto the people. I publish
salvation and carry good tidings of good. God has hidden me in
his word and in the cleft of his hand. The salvation of the Lord
has manifested itself for me; therefore, I break forth into joy,
for my Lord reigns.

Confession
of Faith - #68
The
Lord is the Father of lights and the Father of spirits. The light
within me is of him. It is an eternal light given by the Eternal
God. He has not erred in choosing me to be a tabernacle for this
light. Now I will let my light so shine in the earth that it might
glorify him, my Father.
Many
are bearers of false lights. Satan is transformed into an angel
of light. False apostles, deceitful workers, and false ministers
are transformed into apostles of Christ and ministers of righteousness.
Wicked lights are rampant in the earth. Satan has sent lights
into the earth working after him with all power, signs, and lying
wonders. I receive the love of the truth that he is granting me,
and I will be preserved from all deceivableness of unrighteousness
that is being sent forth from the angel of light. His ministers
shall all perish, for his strong delusion shall cause them to
believe a lie that they all might be damned.
I
humble myself and die daily. I will not attempt to serve the Lord
without denying myself, taking up my cross daily, and following
him. I will serve the angel of light without a love of the truth.
I
love the Lord, and I will love the truth. I seek him with all
my heart, and I will find all that he has laid up for me. He has
riches and honor with him. I will seek him with all of my heart,
and I will find durable riches and honor. The things that he has
stored up for me shall last. I follow the light of his word. Durable
riches and honor await my arrival.
The
fruit of God's word is better than gold. His earnings and his
profits are better than the finest silver. I will continue in
the light of his word, and I will be his disciple and not a disciple
of Satan. I
remember that many started out in the light but have turned unto
the darkness. Jesus is the Light of the world. Those who love
darkness rather than light do evil deeds. If my deeds are evil,
I hate the light, and I will not come to the light, neither will
I follow it. God reproves the deeds of those who hate the light.
I will do the truth and not simply speak it. I will do the truth,
and I will come to the light and remain with the light. If my
deeds are works that come from him, then I will do the truth.
I
will beware of the lights of Satan, and I will walk not in the
counsel of his lights. I will not jeopardize my relationship with
him; therefore I will not lose my prosperity, my health, and his
blessings. I will not walk in the counsel of the ungodly. I
will not stand in the way of sinners, neither sit in the seat
of the scornful. I will allow my delight to be in the law of the
Lord. In his law, I will continue to meditate day and night. I
shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water and I will
bring forth my fruit in my season. My leaf shall not wither, and
whatsoever I do, shall prosper. My due season has arrived; therefore,
I continue in the path of righteousness for his name's sake. I
continue to hope in the living word and that which is forever
settled in heaven then shall my heart be sound in the word, and
I will not be ashamed. I hear these words and I do them; therefore,
I will not explode into the darkness with the wandering stars
and clouds without water.
Confession
of Faith - #69
I
fear not because God is love. He cast out fear and the object
of my fear. He has thrown this thing far from me; therefore, I
lift up my eyes unto peace, compassion, and security. He has not
brought me this far to cast me aside in the field of rejects.
Many of those who are now shipwrecked found their fields of destruction
because they lost faith in God. Man cannot determine my end. I
look again to the Lord, and I behold his nature. The cross of
redemption describes his feelings and concerns for me. He did
not endure the horrible bruising of the cross to lose me after
buying me with a great price. He purchased me, and now he will
keep me. There is no imbalance in his love. His love saved me
and will keep me. I listen to the voice of the Spirit through
David and Job. They are not insignificant characters in a book.
They are ensamples for my life and the outcome of my life. He
did not include them in his word and set them out of reach in
faith, righteousness, and holiness. He is inside of me to guarantee
results greater than their results. He has redeemed me and given
me mighty justification as a vehicle of surety.
Confession
of Faith - #70
My
journey in this life is propelled by his righteousness. Sin is
a reproach to everyone, but righteousness will exalt me. The kingdom
of God and his righteousness are mine. Now I will be lifted from
my posture of discouragement and stand erect in the stance of
encouragement. I will not be bowed in the presence of the loud
voices of man. The attitude promoted by God's righteousness is
a mighty lift for my head and an enormous strength for my legs.
He does not have any respect for man's filthy rags. Their garments
of self-righteousness are odious in his nostrils and a stench
hated by a holy God. I acquaint myself with his love again, and
I will be assured of his favor toward those who trust in God.
I will not taint my life with hypocrisy. I will not speak with
a forked tongue, but I will let my yea be yea and my nay be nay.
By my words, I am justified and by my words, I am condemned.
A
great love has been given. I will allow him to root and ground
me in love then will I be able to comprehend what is the breadth,
length, depth, height, and to know the love of Christ, which passes
knowledge that I might be filled with all the fullness of God.
God is dwelling in my heart by faith. I will be strengthened with
might by his Spirit in my inner man. The riches of his glory supply
all that I need. I am assured that he is able to do exceeding,
abundantly above all that I ask or think, according to the power
that works in me. Greater is he, who is in me, than he that is
in the world. I will not allow my heart to be troubled.
God's
voice thunders in the earth with the voice of excellency. His
thunder announces the rain of blessings upon me. He will seal
up the hand of man and send the fearful beasts back to their dens
and their caves. He will chase away the whirlwind of destruction
and send a fire against the cold threats of the enemy. His breath
is upon me to furnish new life and vigor. His breath shall become
a frost in the face of my enemies and a cloud to the vision of
those who oppose me. I will not go unpunished for my sins and
my iniquities, but mercy is the design of my correction. I behold
his wondrous works. In a very cold time for me, he has supplied
me with warm garments and set a new quietness in my midst. His
words are ordered of the Lord. They trouble the darkness, but
they will bring light to those chosen to hear.
Confession
of Faith - #71
God's
grace has caused me to know the truth. By grace, I am saved and
not of myself. It is the gift of God, not of works. If it were
of works, then a space for boasting would be given. This great
salvation is not by works of righteousness that I have done, but
according to the mercy of God, he saved me. I was foolish, disobedient,
deceived, and a slave to manifold lusts and pleasures. The Lord's
kindness and love appeared unto me and saved me according to his
mercy by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy
Ghost. The truth became alive unto me, and my mind was freed from
the clutches of the darkness. The truth loosed me from the custody
of the darkness. It is a mighty vehicle of translation that liberated
me from bondage. I know the truth, and it has made me free. The
truth does not become unstable, neither does it remove itself
from its borders of stability. The truth is not portable. It remains
fixed; therefore, it is reliable and dependable. The strongest
lie cannot bend the truth. The truth is not twisted because men
change words and actions. The truth does not deviate when symbols
and deeds build their walls of contradiction.
Jesus
is the God of truth. He is without iniquity. He is just and right.
The father of lies or his evasions do not hinder the Lord. He
is from everlasting to everlasting, and his truth endures to all
generations. I will not be removed from fact and actuality. If
I twist the truth, I create a different model. The truth is the
only original. I will not buy the prototypes of the enemy. Here
is the truth. God has given it unto me. I will buy it, and I will
not sell it. The truth has been sold in the streets. Merchants
of religion have sold out. Jesus was sold but for my sake. I will
not buy the religious lies sold under fabricated crosses by another
Jesus. The entirety of God's word is truth. Anything less than
its entirety is a lie. The Lord speaks and acts according to the
truth. It is impossible for him to lie; therefore, I stand fast
in the truth, and I am not intimidated by lies and those who lie
to me.

Confession
of Faith - #72
Though
the truth I speak is taken away and buried, it will not disappear.
It will rise and return to speak in other vessels. The truth came
into the world, and they killed it and buried it. It returned
in a resurrected body. If they had left it alive, it would have
been less damaging to their lies. Truth offers its life and lays
it down. A lie's invasion of the truth is its own demise and destruction.
Jesus did not resist evil. He conquered it by allowing its offense
against him; therefore, I will not resist those who oppose me.
Their offenses are their cords that bind them in their own craftiness.
The Lord has sent me. Those who fight me, fight against him. He
brings to naught everything that he did not author. The definition
of truth is not changed by man's outlines of the truth. Though
man borders truth with his own words and ideals, truth's significance
flourishes in a greater measure beyond man's borders. No one can
take the truth from me. Though I am commanded to lay it down,
God is in me to take it up again. Now I behold truth defined in
a resurrected form.
Confession
of Faith - #73
The
voice of redemption speaks in me. No one can affect the waves
of God's voice. The voice waves of his blood speak of things out
of the range of all voices. God has penetrated the darkness and
commanded its submission. It has bowed in my presence because
of the commanding waves of his blood. His blood has declared better
things for me. The light of his blood has revealed excellent things.
I shall see and obtain the treasures of darkness and hidden riches
of secret places. The Lord will bring these things to pass that
I may know that he is Jesus, the God of Israel, who has called
me by name. I will not worry about the defense of the devil or
the giant structures erected to resist me. God will make the crooked
places straight. He will break in pieces the huge structures and
will cut through the bars that hinder. He is with me, and he goes
before me. He is the God of Israel. He made the earth, the man,
and the beast that are upon the ground. By his great power and
outstretched arm, he is giving me these things because he has
determined to do it. I have not persuaded God by anything that
I have done. He decided to bless me as a child of Abraham through
Christ Jesus.
I
will not worry about the hindering things for he has sent a sword
against those who hinder me. God is drying up the flood of trouble.
The spiritual beasts that have roared with the voice of fear have
been silenced. I shall rest in peace and tranquility, for the
Lord has banished these creatures of my dreams unto islands surrounded
by his consuming fire. God's secret is with me. I behold the peace
that I have because of his secret and the secret places of the
Lord. He has sent spoilers against the crafty ones. Angels shall
take the mighty and break their bows that were once effective
for them. I will continue to dwell in the Lord's presence and
look unto his beauty. I will look away from the fearful things
manifested by my adversaries. I behold the beauty of the Lord.
Within my body, which is God's temple, I will make inquiries of
faith and confidence. He has not summoned times of trouble to
bring dark times of destruction. Inside of trouble, he has hidden
treasures and riches. While many are retreating at the sight of
trouble's darkness, God has hidden me in his pavilion. He has
made his pavilion a gazebo for worship and praise. He has made
it a garden house for his beauty and the secret things that he
has desired to share with me.

Confession
of Faith - #74
I
am hidden in the secret of the Lord's tabernacle. The distasteful
manner that some observe and perceive of me is the intentional
manner that God has covered his tabernacle with. I will not despise
their view of me. It is in God's plan to use this to hide his
secret things from them. I offer sacrifices of joy and sing praises
unto the Lord. My head is lifted up above the enemies round about
me. He has given me a rock higher than myself. I behold the goodness
of the Lord that is laid upon the rock. Upon this rock, I am hidden
in the secret of his presence from the pride of man. I am kept
secretly in a spiritual gazebo from the strife of their tongues.
This gazebo is a strong city where God is sharing with me the
greatness of his marvelous kindness. I look into the distance
and behold the many inhabitants coming to the secret gazebo prepared
for those chosen to eat the living bread and drink the living
water. They will not turn it away. They are hungry and thirsty.
God is preparing these things; therefore, I remove my shoulder
from the burden. I am not carrying this thing anywhere. The Lord
is the burden-bearer. I called out to God, and he has heard me
during this time of misunderstanding. The darkness of the dilemma
shall shroud my blessings and treasures, and God has answered
out of this darkness from the secret place of thunder.

Confession
of Faith - #75
I
am being secretly pursued. Suspicion is rampant on every side.
A sea of darkness is my pathway. I will walk on in faith. It is
my enemies that shall drown in this sea of darkness. God's light
shall trouble them and bring great peace from the secret place
of thunder. Weak, sinful vessels have accused me. Their sins shall
be their snares and their chains. The subtlety of their efforts
shall be used to bind them with fear from out of the unknown.
Those who have secretly arisen in the dark shall be opposed by
the fear in their dark chambers of secret plots. All shall know
that the God of Israel is fighting for me. I behold the pathway
of faith through the walls of darkness on the left and on the
right. I will come and walk hurriedly in faith and holiness. I
shall not drown. God has held back the walls of these dark waters.
Those who seek to drown me shall drown. I will pray for them and
save myself from their demise. Man looks from without with his
dark schemes from the mind. I will look within to the secret of
God's presence. The brightness within me shall become the lightning
of his thunder. The lightning shall discomfit every opposition,
and his voice shall utter great and mighty things. His voice shall
create channels of fresh waters. These waters shall carry me unto
places of prosperity. They shall carry me to deliverance from
the strong enemy and things that were too strong for me. The Lord
is the hand that will cause my stability. He is the one who will
bring me into a large place. Deliverance is mine. God will reward
me according to his righteousness. The kingdom and his righteousness
have been sought. I now behold the treasures and riches in secret
places of the darkness of my trials.

Hebrews
10: 22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2: 8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Matthew
17: 20
And
Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I
say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye
shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place;
and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
