CHILDREN'S BREAD
But
Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not
meet to take the children's bread, and
to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord:
yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

Settle Down in the Fire of Trial, Be Still, and Know That God Is Your Refuge (Part 1)
By
Moses Hightower

I have counseled with you and encouraged you to buy gold tried in the fire so that you might be rich in faith, love, peace, mercy, and longsuffering. That which is purchased in the fire shall make you the rich man that I created you to become. Without the fire of trial, you cannot be rich. Now settle down in this fire, be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted in this trial of fire as I am exalted in the earth. I am with you. I am the God of Jacob, your refuge. Be quiet and cease your screaming and crying. I have heard you when you called. I have enlarged you already in this time of distress. I have had mercy upon you and heard your prayers. Do not turn my glory into shame, but know this: I have set you apart for myself. Stand in awe and do not sin with your heart or your lips.
Though you commune with your own heart upon your bed and while you walk by the way, be still and worship. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and place your total trust in me. I will place gladness in your heart. I will lay you down in peace and good sleep. I will make you to dwell in safety, for you have run to my strong tower of safety. Your soul longs for me. Your heart and your flesh have cried out for the Living God. As the sparrow has found a house and the swallow a nest for herself where she may lay her young, so have you found the altar of the Lord, your God. Now dwell in my house all the days of your life and continue praising me always. Your strength is in me. In this house, you may go from strength to strength.
Spring forth in true worship in the fire, for in the fire your face shines because of the anointing. Every yoke is broken off you. Every sin and iniquity is forgiven. I am your shield, and my courts are better than the dwelling places of the wicked. You allowed yourself to become distressed when you entered into the fire. You will not perish in this fire. The flames are hot, but my mercy is enough for you. The voice of mercy has spoken and declared, “Peace, be still.” These flames are not against you. They are for you; therefore, do not be fearful as one who does not have faith, but be full of confidence and trust in me. I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire that I might bring you forth as an instrument for my own work in these last days. I have created the waster to destroy, but I have not created you to destroy you. The destruction that you see all about you is not for you but for your enemies. No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper. Every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment shall be condemned. This is the heritage of my servants, and your righteousness is of me.
Surely
the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his
servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear?
The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
Amos
3: 7 - 8

SCRIPTURAL
VERIFICATION
The
word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is,
the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For
with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.

10:8-10)

Words of Light upon the Face of Distress, Destruction, a Fiery Trial, Terror, and Unbelief (Part 1)
By Linda Galati

The Lord has counseled with me and encouraged me to buy gold tried in the fire so that I might be rich in faith, love, peace, mercy, and longsuffering. That which is purchased in the fire shall make me the rich woman of God that he created me to become. Without the fire of trial, I cannot be rich. Now I will settle down in this fire, be still, and know that he is God. He will be exalted in this trial of fire as he is exalted in the earth. He is with me. He is the God of Jacob, my refuge. I will be quiet and cease my screaming and crying. God has heard me when I called. He has enlarged me already in this time of distress. He has had mercy upon me and heard my prayers. I purpose not turn his glory into shame, but I know that he has set me apart for himself. I determine to stand in awe and not sin with my heart or my lips.
Though I commune with my own heart upon my bed and while I walk by the way, I will be still and worship. I offer the sacrifices of righteousness and place my total trust in the Lord. He will place gladness in my heart. He will lay me down in peace and good sleep. He will make me to dwell in safety, for I have run to his strong tower of safety. My soul longs for him. My heart and my flesh have cried out for the Living God. As the sparrow has found a house and the swallow a nest for herself where she may lay her young, so have I found the altar of the Lord, my God. Now I dwell in his house all the days of my life, and I will continue praising him always. My strength is in him. In this house, I may go from strength to strength.
I will spring forth in true worship in the fire, for in the fire my face shines because of the anointing. Every yoke is broken off me. Every sin and iniquity is forgiven. Jesus is my shield, and his courts are better than the dwelling places of the wicked. I allowed myself to become distressed when I entered into the fire. I will not perish in this fire. The flames are hot, but God’s mercy is enough for me. The voice of mercy has spoken and declared, “Peace, be still.” These flames are not against me. They are for me; therefore, I will not be fearful as one who does not have faith, but I will be full of confidence and trust in God. He has created the smith that blows the coals in the fire that he might bring me forth as an instrument for his own work in these last days. God has created the waster to destroy, but he has not created me to destroy me. The destruction that I see all about me is not for me but for my enemies. No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper. Every tongue that shall rise against me in judgment shall be condemned. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and my righteousness is of him.

Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed
with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Hebrews
10:22 - 23
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
