Children's Bread

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

Use the Key of Thanksgiving, and Open the Door To All Things

March 18, 2006

Out of a heart of thanksgiving comes the victory that I have ordained. Thanksgiving is the key to all things. Without a thankful heart, you cannot please me, neither can you be pure. I have ordained thanksgiving as a mighty weapon in the heart of every believer. You will be vain in your imaginations if you are not thankful. I am good, and my mercy is everlasting. My truth endures to all generation. Enter into my gates with thanksgiving and into my courts with praise. Be thankful unto me and bless my holy name.

I have given you a revelation of who I am. You see that I had a form before it was clothed in flesh. I am the Word. I was made flesh like the children. I always have been. I had never been a man. At the birth of Jesus Christ, I became flesh, but I did not cease to be who I had always been and that is God. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. All things were made by him and without him, was not anything made that was made. I am the Father of creation. I came unto my own, and my own did not receive me, but as many as did receive me, I made them the sons of God even to them who believed on my name. My eternal power and godhead are understood by the things that are made. The invisible things of me from the creation of the world are clearly seen. While you know me as God, glorify me as God and be thankful, then will your heart never be darkened.

Offer praise for my goodness and for my wonderful works to you. Offer the sacrifice of thanksgiving and declare my works with rejoicing. When you call upon my name, I will hear you. Continually praise me in my courts and pay your vows quickly. Though your problems swallow you up, they will not be able to devour you, for I will make them vomit you up upon the dry land of victory. The faith that you demonstrate caused you to be made whole in my presence. You remembered to offer thanksgiving. I have responded by saying, “You have been made whole; therefore, go your way rejoicing.” I have given you abundant grace through your thanksgiving; therefore, do not faint as the adversary afflicts you with weariness. Though your outward man perishes, your inward man is renewed day by day. Look upon the things that are not seen, for these are the things that are eternal. Be enriched in everything, and you will continually give thanks to me.

Amos 3: 7 - 8

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

SCRIPTURAL VERIFICATION

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Romans 10:8-10)

Words of Light Upon the Face of Ingratitude, Imaginations, and Vanity

Hebrews 10:22 - 23

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
