Children's
Bread
But
Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not
meet to take the children's bread, and
to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord:
yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

Freed from the Obligation To Live After Our Lower Nature by the Grace of God (Part 1)
March
4, 2006
I have not hid my blessings from you. The pleasures that you have desired are yet on my right hand where they have always been. You have turned in the right direction and taught others the right way. You are on the path of true success. The abundant life is yours. I have always desired it for you. The people are following you in faith. I will not disappoint them. Walk on in faith, for your faith is activated by your life style of self-denial. I have beckoned for you to come after me, and you have come denying yourself.
Where is your cross?
What is your cross?
You have sought to save your life instead of losing it. If you are going to your own death, you must carry the cross that you are going to die upon. You must bring your own cross to this place of execution every day. Your natural passions and desires are doomed. Have you walked in this death procession and not considered them dead?
How can you be my disciple if you struggle with laying down the desires of your flesh?
The tower to heavenly things is not built by minds that are stayed on carnal things. The tower to heavenly things is built already. You must decide to travel there by faith. You cannot travel there if your life is fueled by passions and desires. You have started on this journey by faith. Continue by faith. You have listened to many sermons about dying. Now do it!

Amos
3: 7 - 8
Surely
the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his
servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear?
The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

SCRIPTURAL
VERIFICATION
The
word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is,
the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For
with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.

10:8-10)

Hebrews
10:22 - 23
Let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having
our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed
with pure water. Let
us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
(for he is faithful that promised;)
Ephesians
2:8-9
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
