Children's
Bread
But
Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is
not meet to take the children's bread, and
to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes,
Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

The
Handiwork of Righteousness
February
5, 2005
I have brought you life and immortality through my gospel. My death,
my burial, and my resurrection have abolished all the pains of sin
and its consequences from your record. You are a free man. I have
not saved you from your sins to sentence you to damnation and defeat.
The stench of your sins should have been enough to remind you of
what could have been, but now in me, there is a fragrance of love
and forgiveness that should cause you to anoint me with your praise
forevermore. Praise the living God with all that is within you.
If you live a life of regret and worry about the past, the present,
or the future, what glory is that unto me?
I
have come that you might have life. Is the life that I give a product
of sin?
Then
why has it produced unbelief in you?
Regret
no longer your past mistakes and sins. I do not remember them any
longer. You are forgiven. I came and swallowed up death in victory.
The diet of your God included the menu of your sins and the sins
of the whole world. I have consumed all that would have caused you
to be trapped in the belly of hell because of the judgment against
your sins. I swallowed up all for you. Now rest in the power of
the redemption that came to pass by the offering of myself for you.
I was offered in your stead. Now worry no longer, for you are forgiven.
My mercy came forth being authored by my love to take your place
and usher you into this throne room. Now lift up your head to the
one sitting on the throne of grace, and ask boldly for that which
you need. You have come with a broken and contrite heart. I will
not turn you away. The miracle that you need is not too hard for
me. Is any thing too hard for me, the Lord?
Believe
on me as the scriptures have declared of me, and see the mighty
handiwork of righteousness. The handiwork of righteousness works
in the earth as the heavens have declared the excellency of my handiwork.
Look to the heavens, and see that my excellency is declared.
Who
can make a star?
Who
can make a galaxy?
Who
can make a planet?
I
have proven myself by my mighty acts. Will you look back to the
pit where there is no water or will you look up to the heavens and
agree that the heavens declare my glory and the firmament, my handiwork?
I
came this morning to show you of my handiwork in your life. Behold
the mighty handiwork of salvation.

Amos
3: 7 - 8
Surely
the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto
his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not
fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
