Daily Bread - September 12, 2004

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

There is light in this evening time. Arise and shine the light of love in the earth. I am giving my sons unto the world that the world might have the words of life. Open your mouth, and proclaim the gospel of the kingdom to this lost and dying world. It is the only hope for them. Look out across the horizon, and behold the multitudes perishing. Go and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized shall be saved. He that believes not shall be damned. The glory of the kingdom shines bright in the earth. Go and shine my glory in their faces that they may see my beauty. You must go beyond the walls of the church building if you are to reach the masses. You look forward to every church service, but who will look forward to preaching the gospel every day?

You look to something called church. Look to something called salvation, and follow salvation into the world to reach those who are lost. You spend most of your time perfecting the people. I tell you that the people will not be perfected without the lost, for without them, you shall not be made perfect. I am building a complete body, not a partial body. Go and preach the gospel that my body might be complete. By faith in my blood, I have declared my righteousness for the remission of sins that are past through the forbearance of God. At this time, my righteousness is declared in the earth that I might be just and the justifier of those who believe in Jesus. The blood of Christ shall purge the conscience from dead works to serve the Living God. I have died as the testator; therefore, the New Testament is in effect because I have arisen from the dead. Now go, and preach the gospel, for by one offering, I have perfected forever those that are sanctified.

The Holy Ghost is also a witness to you that this is the covenant that I have made with the people: I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds, will I write them; and their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Go and preach the gospel, for there is boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus. I have consecrated a new and living way. Through the veil, my flesh, I have made a way that all might come to me. I am the high priest over the house of God. Draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having your hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and your bodies washed with pure water. Hold fast the profession of your faith without wavering. I am faithful. I promised. I will perform.

Amos 3: 7 - 8

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
