Daily Bread - August 19, 2004

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

My grace has always been sufficient for you. Have you come to this point in time to doubt my grace?

Do not allow doubt to enter into your heart. My grace is truly sufficient for you. Grace entered into your life to perform a complete work, and grace will never exit your life. I have given you the ability to finish what I have told you to do. This is not a fellowship thing that I have given you to do. You are on assignment from me. It is a holy calling. I am pouring more grace into your life that you may accomplish things that are not possible by your own ability. I am able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.

Look to me. I am the author and the finisher of your faith. I am living my life out in you. Just as I came and successfully finished the work that I started in my own body, I will finish the work that I have started in you. Doubt not. I have sent all things that pertain unto life and godliness into your life when you were born again. My divine power has supplied you with all that you need. Go to nature, and learn of the ability given there to all of the creatures in existence. I created every creature so that they may adapt to their environment. Have I not created you to live successfully in your environment?

For you to live after the flesh, is as futile as fish attempting to live outside of water, for I created you to live after the Spirit. My people are attempting to live after the flesh and expecting the rewards of a spirit-filled life. Go and teach my people how to live after the Spirit. I have designed you to fast and pray, but you do not access the natural ability placed within you at your new birth to fast and pray. This ability is not accessed without the crucified life of Christ. You must be crucified with me that I might live my life out through you. Hear the voice of Paul as it echoes in your ears, "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

Do not frustrate the grace of God by living by laws, for if you do, you shall make my death for you a vain thing. If you would only allow your natural instincts to be manifested in you to care for your young, then many more of them would reach maturity. Go to nature, and study how the young are naturally nurtured. Too many of the young die by the mouth of spiritual predators; therefore, I am sending you to diminish this great loss among my people.

Amos 3: 7 - 8

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
