Daily Bread - July 30, 2004

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

Behold the mercy and the grace that you have found. If I had not been on your side, you would be fallen and destroyed. Be thankful, and always bless my name and my people. My people are precious in my sight. They are redeemed by precious blood. The great price that I paid for them is an expression of their value to me. The fact that I laid down my life for them is how my love for them is perceived. There is no other way to realize my love the way it really is unless it is viewed through the lens of my sacrifice for the sins of the world. Now that you have perceived the love of God because I laid down my life for you, shouldn't you lay down your life for the brethren?

I came into this world not to be ministered unto but to minister and to give my life a ransom for the sins of the world. I so loved the world that I gave myself for it so that all who believes on me should not perish but have everlasting life. No one took my life from me, but I willingly laid it down for the sheep. You must know my voice so that you can go forth and bring the other sheep, which are not of this fold, unto me. I have many people out there that shall hear my voice.

Go and declare unto them my great love. There is no greater love than for a man to lay down his life for his friends. I came as the man Christ Jesus and purchased you with my own blood. While men were yet sinners, I died for them. I commended my love toward them. Now that I have justified you by my blood, will I not save you from wrath?

I will save you by my life. I reconciled you to me by the death of the Son. I save by my life. You must know of the sweet smelling savour that was offered as an offering and a sacrifice to God for you, or you will never have a right concept of love. I loved the church and gave myself for it. If you understand this, then love your wife in the same manner. You are redeemed from all iniquity. I am purifying unto myself a peculiar people who are zealous of good works. With the same blood that bought you, I am purifying you. Obey the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren and complete the purification of your soul.

Love one another, for love is of God. Everyone that loveth is born of God and knoweth God. He that loveth not, knoweth not God, for God is love. Open your hearts to me, and allow me to manifest the love of God through you. I must live my life out through you, and you must live through me. I have given you my Spirit. My Spirit is love. Allow me to love through you and then will you enter into new dimensions of fulfillment and powerful ministry.

Amos 3: 7 - 8

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
