Daily Bread - July 4, 2004

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

Forget the things that are behind you. Reach forth unto the things that are before you. Press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God that is in Jesus Christ. You are one with me and the purpose that I came into the world to fulfill. Cleave unto me, for we are one. You have left the past. Now look unto the land that I will show unto you. I shall make a mighty congregation, and I will bless you. You will be blessed, and you shall be a blessing. Those who bless you shall be blessed, and those who curse you shall be cursed. Make a personal altar unto me, and call upon my name. I will appear unto you at this personal altar. Marvel not because I have said that I will appear unto you. I appeared unto Abram, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Gideon, Samuel, David, and Jeremiah. I am not a respecter of persons. Do not limit your experience with me because of the unbelief of others. Expand your faith according to the standards in my word. Do not be robbed of the relationship that I am authoring because of unbelief fostered by the traditions of men. I will appear unto you. As of old, I will appear unto you. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, with lovingkindness, I have drawn you.

You have been on a stormy sea for a long time. I stood by Paul when he tossed with a tempest. I have stood by you. Now be of good cheer. You have lost much on this stormy sea. Take the broken pieces that remain in your possession, and I will show you how they shall be multiplied. Despise not your losses on the stormy sea of life. I am teaching you to count all things loss. I am teaching you to count all things dung. I have destroyed the chains of the enemy. Fret not because of your losses, for every dollar that was lost shall be replaced with a thousand. Every person that was lost shall be replaced by a hundred. I have blessed you, and there is no one who can reverse what I have done for you. I am your Rock. I stand with you. I am inside of you teaching you my way. I have brought you to another level of living. Allow me to live my life out through you and then shall you behold the miraculous power that I am sending through your life.

Every day of your life can be filled with the manifestation of my power. The power of the resurrection is in the workings of your life, also the fellowship of my sufferings. I am inside of you. No one can take me away from you. You have me, the Creator. I made all things; therefore, do not worry about things that have been taken from you. I can make all things new and more beautiful. I am here to comfort you. I know of your griefs. I know of your sorrows. I know of your regrets. I know you. I have called you friend. I am preparing to name you as one in my bride. Grow in obedience and trust, and you shall attain unto a higher relationship than friendship. There shall be lost friends in the end. Set your sights on brideship, for many are called, but few are chosen.

Amos 3: 7 - 8

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
