The Faithfulness of God Ministering To His People During Nauseating Effects Produced by a Storm of Disappointment

These words came unto me,

A very subtle host came against you and my body today. They came to rob you of your joy. Remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength. The kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. You must learn to keep your hope rooted in the spirit where the enemy cannot rob you. The enemy delayed your expectations today, and your reaction to the delay was the nauseating effect of deep disappointment. When I allow delay to occur, know this of a truth, a bigger blessing is on the way, or I am saving you from catastrophe or ruin. I have promised you blessings. The blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow; therefore, trust in my timing and not your expectations or desires. When your expectations fall short, dig deeper into my joy, and draw from the refreshing waters of my strength. He who believes on me shall never be ashamed or confounded. Your expectations do not always align up with my will. My will is always on course. Trust in my will that is being done in those who will allow it to be done in their lives.

The enemy came today to frustrate the design of my blessings. You looked into the hands that you had expected to bless you, and those hands closed up on you. The hands were not the source of the blessings. Look not to hands, but look to the source. Though all the hands in this life close up against you, I will create new hands to send my blessings to you. Be fully persuaded that what I have promised, I am able to perform. If I am able, I will perform it. Is anything too hard for me?

Is my hand waxed short?

Trust in me with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding. You shall surely see that my word shall come to pass. Do not be upset by the tactics of the enemy. I am inside of you. I am the Lord, your God, a mighty God and terrible. I am always working for you, and there is no restraint to your God to save by many or by few. Numbers do not limit me. I can do everything. No thought can be withheld from me. There are no secrets kept from me.

You should have counseled with me instead of with your emotions today and then would you have had a testimony worth sharing with others. I worked the miracle out for you in spite of your unbelief, but you lost your testimony because you allowed the enemy to play on your failed expectations. Always place your trust in me. I reign. I am clothed with majesty. I am clothed with strength. My throne is established of old. I am from everlasting. When the floods of disappointment rise up against you, speaking with the loud voice of despair and their floods lift up their waves of confusion, the Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters. I am mightier than the mighty waves of disappointment, and my testimonies are sure.

Sing unto me. Make a joyful noise to the rock of your salvation. Come before my presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto me with new songs. I am a great God and a great King above all gods. I am your God, and you are the people of my pasture, the sheep of my hand. Hear my voice today, and trust in me with all your heart. I made the heaven and the earth by my great power and stretched out arm. There is nothing too hard for me.

The wind of disappointment blew against you today. I have caused it to cease. Your faith became very small today, but my faithfulness stretched forth and made up the difference. Wherefore did you doubt?

I am faithful and will not suffer you to be moved. Only believe.

1 Corinthians 14:1-4

Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.
