The Everlasting Arms of Love Swings Its Ax In the Forest of Uncut Victories
There was a time in my life when I was confronted with a host of problems at the same time. There were many, many problems attacking me. There were so many of them that I envisioned them as a wilderness of problems. Sometimes they looked like a forest of problems. The Lord spoke to me and said, "This is the forest of uncut victories." I wondered what he meant. The Lord began to reveal to me that this was as a pioneer looking for a homestead. When a pioneer and his fellow travelers find the ideal place to settle down, they begin cutting down trees to make all that they need for their habitation. Before them, are the trees for their homes, furniture, medical centers, and everything needed for the new settlers. They must now go forth and cut down the trees to make these things. The Lord showed me that it was the same way with the spiritual forest that I had come up to. Though the problems were thick like the trees in a forest, once they were conquered, they would be victories. He said to me, "My everlasting arms of love shall swing its ax in this forest of uncut victories."
After prayer, these words came unto me,
I have given you grace to walk in integrity. Grace is given to you, and you may trust in me because of the sufficiency of grace. Grace's everlasting arms shall prevent you from sliding, but grace will also cause you to examine yourself. My lovingkindness is ever before your eyes. Now walk in the truth, and do not sit with vain persons or go in with the dissemblers. I hate the congregation of evil doers; therefore, do not sit with the wicked. The blood of Jesus has declared you innocent. Now publish the wondrous works of the Lord with the voice of thanksgiving.
Love the habitation of my house. Love the place where my honor dwells. There are places of dishonor. Gather not your soul with bloody men whose hands are swift in mischief. There are those whose right hands are full of bribes. Be not a part with that spirit, but dwell with those who walk uprightly and walk in integrity then will I bring you out with the everlasting arms and be merciful unto you. I will place your feet in an even place and in the congregation of the righteous: you will be blessed.
Lift up your head, and behold the everlasting arms. Behold the strength that cannot be matched. Behold the awesomeness of the strength of your God. I am the God of gods and the Lord of lords. Lift up your head, and cry unto me, "The Lord, your rock." I will not be silent when you call, and you will not be as those who go down into the pit. I have heard the voice of your supplications when you cried unto me. I saw you when you lifted up your hands toward my holy oracle. Grace has moved toward the hands that were lifted up. I have drawn you into the everlasting arms and away from the wicked and the workers of iniquity. I have drawn you away from the forked tongues of deception and mischief. I have pulled back the veil and allowed you to even behold the mischief in the hearts of some.
Continue to regard the work of my arms and the operation of my hands then will I destroy the things against you and prevent them from building in your presence. Offer praise and thanksgiving continually, for I have heard the voice of your supplications. I am your strength and your shield. Lean on me, and allow your heart to trust in me. When your heart is leaning on these arms that last forever, your heart will rejoice greatly.
Praise me with a song, a new song, instead of an old song. Praise the God of your salvation, and behold the greatness of your victory. I am your strength, the saving strength of my anointed. I save the people, and I continually bless my inheritance. It is I who feeds them and lifts them up forever. Give glory and strength unto me. Give unto me the glory that is due my name. I have come to you to receive worship in the beauty of holiness. Worship me in the beauty of holiness, and listen for the voice of God upon all the waters.
My voice is thundering, and my voice is upon the waters. Behold the waters of life, and observe the lightning, and hear the thundering of my grace. My voice is speaking in this very hour. Hear the powerful voice that is full of majesty. This voice of God breaks the unbreakable things against you. My voice has broken the cedars and the huge things of Lebanon. My voice has made the calves to skip. My voice divides the flames of fire. It shakes the wilderness. Trust me to shake this wilderness that you are traveling through. I have stretched forth the everlasting arms to shake the foundation of this trouble through this barren place. My voice shall cause babes to be born, and you will discover a new forest. Walk into these new avenues in the forest of faith, and speak of my glory in your temple in the midst of the forest.
I am sitting upon the flood that you imagine against you. I sit as the King forever. During this time of weakness, I will give strength to my people and bless them with my goodness. Extol me in the sanctuary. I have lifted you up with the everlasting arms and have not allowed your foes to rejoice over you. I have healed your body when they said there was no cure. I have brought your soul from the grave when death claimed you as his. I have kept you alive when the pit reached you with the strong arms of defeat, so sing unto me, you saints of mine, and give thanks at the remembrance of my holiness. My anger does not endure forever. It is only for a moment. You have found favor in my life, the life of Christ Jesus. Though you weep when you behold the forest of uncut victories, your weeping is only for a short while, but joy comes soon.
I am granting you prosperity to stand in forever. In the prosperity that I give, you will not be moved. Much of the prosperity of the efforts of self has been taken away by the predators of the night, but the prosperity of grace cannot be removed from the fixed place of righteousness. By my grace, I will make your life to stand strong. Worry not, for I will not hide my face from you in this time of trouble. I say, "I have heard your supplications." There is no profit to me if you go down into the pit. The dust of the pit will not praise me. The dust of the pit will not declare my truth. I have stretched forth the everlasting arms and brought you out. Now offer praise, and declare my truth. Hear the sweeping sound of mercy upon you. The sweeping arms of mercy shall turn your mourning into dancing. Prepare to dress up in gladness so that the glory of deliverance may sing praise to me, the Living God. Do not be silent in this time of mystery, but offer thanks unto me for my everlasting arms.
