Grace Prevents the Drawing Tide of Ungodliness and Worldliness from Pulling Us Out To the Sea of Destruction

April 20, 2003

These words came unto me,

There is safety in a multitude of counselors. Train your leaders to be counselors, for the hour comes where the safety of the flock will depend upon them. I am calling you to school so that you may be well trained in counseling. In your class, I am the instructor. I will draw from the wealth of experience that I have already given you. Prepare to teach what you have learned to your leaders. Wisdom will be the principal thing. Some will become fools so that they may be wise. The eye of a good counselor is controlled by the mind of Christ and not by natural wisdom or assumed wisdom. Many who think they are wise are fools.

Do not be tempted by fame. Remember, I made of myself no reputation. If you seek a reputation, you will be lured into the path of worldliness. There is nothing but spiritual death that awaits all who journey down its paths; therefore, go not on a voyage where you know there is no return. I have set before you death and life. Choose life; therefore, choose not fame and reputation. The flesh is weak. Give not that which is weak this dangerous advantage by exposing it to its only source of strength. When you are completely yielded to the spirit, the flesh has no power. Does the darkness have power to prevail in the presence of the light?

Come into my presence, and allow me to shine with the glory of my brightness and then shall your flesh become weak as the darkness in the presence of the light. I am the Great Light. All other lights are only dim imitators of me, the True Light. Be not seduced by false lights. They come as beautiful women. They are whores and sorcerers; therefore, be not deceived by their manifestations of seemingly good lights. These tempests are ministers, and they come as angels of light. Every light is not the real light; therefore, be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Do not climb in bed with these angels of the night. I have placed this whore into a bed; therefore, do not commit adultery with her. The great tribulation is reserved for all those who become disloyal to their first love. Grace is given, and it teaches to deny the ungodliness and worldly lusts of the hour. Live soberly, righteously, godly, and the tide of ungodliness and worldliness will not wash you out to the sea of destruction with its waves of trickery and subtlety.

Look for me, the Blessed Hope, and love my appearing. I gave myself for you. I redeemed you from all iniquity. I am purifying unto myself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. How can my good works shine before men if your light shines from the bed of spiritual adultery?

What fellowship does light have with darkness?

What concord does Belial have with me?

What part does a believer have with an infidel?

What agreement does the temple of God have with idols?

Come from these worldly influences, and be separate. Touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you. I am your Father. You are my son. Honor the relationship that you have with me, and stay far away from the influences of ungodliness and worldly lusts. Grace is given to you. Now allow it to teach you continually. Grace is your bodyguard. Trust the wisdom of grace, and live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world.

BELIAL [BEE lih uhl] (worthlessness) - an Old Testament term designating a person as godless or lawless. The NKJV translates corrupt (1 Sam 2:12), perverted (Judg 19:22), rebel (2 Sam 20:1), scoundrel (1 Kings 21:10,13), worthless men (1 Sam 30:22), and worthless rogues (2 Sam 16:7). A "daughter of Belial" (1 Sam 1:16, KJV) means a wicked woman (NKJV, NIV), one who is base (RSV) and worthless (NASB). Belial sometimes takes the form of a proper name (or a personification), applied to a demon or to Satan (Nah 1:15). Many scholars believe that Belial is another name for SATAN.
